Abstract: The utility model discloses a multi-spot resistance welding device, which comprises a portal frame, an unloading device, a multi-spot welding machine, a welding bracket, a work bench, a saddle and a finished product box, wherein the portal frame forms a frame by two cross beams, two longitudinal beams, and an upright; the two longitudinal beams are equipped with guide rails; the unloading device is mounted on the guide rails through a bracket; a cylinder and a sucking disc are fixed on the bracket; the multi-spot welding machine and the welding bracket are disposed on one side of the portal frame; a welding gun rack of the multi-spot welding machine is mounted between an upper beam and a lower beam of the welding bracket; the welding gun rack is fixedly mounted with a welding gun; the surface of the work bench is formed by an idler wheel and a partition plate which are alternately arranged; the saddle is mounted below the portal frame; and the other side of the portal frame is contacted with the saddle and equipped with the finished product box. The multi-spot resistance welding device is high in automation degree and convenient in operation, well adapts the welding demand of large-area planar metal plates, is good in welding quality and high in efficiency, and the like.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a light steel portal frame, which comprises common side columns, a Y-shaped central column, a herringbone beam and a prestressed cable, wherein the Y-shaped central columnheads are articulated with the herringbone beam; the included angle of the branch and the horizontal line is 30-60 degrees; the herringbone beam adopts a two-stage variable cross-section component, the part close to the common side columns is a wedge-shaped variable cross-section beam, and the middle part is a uniform cross-section beam; and the prestressed cable adopts the high-strength round steel, both ends of the prestressed cable are respectively articulated with the Y-shaped central column and the herringbone beam, one end or both ends of the prestressed cable can exert the prestressed force on the cable by adopting the method of nut screwing, or exert the prestressed force in the middle of the cable by adopting a right-hand and left-hand sleeve. Theoretical and numerical analysis shows that the Y-shaped central column and the prestressed cable effectively reduce the bending moment and mid-span bending moment of a middle support of the herringbone beam, lead the bending moment ofthe herringbone beam to be uniformly alleviated, and effectively reduce the mid-span deflection of the beam at the same time, therefore the light steel portal frame is particularly applicable to thelarge space structure with more than 30m span.

Abstract: The superior human vision system provides ingenious insight into an ideal damage detection strategy in which structural modeling scales are not only spatially varying but also dynamically changed according to actual needs. This paper experimentally examines the efficacy of a multi-scale damage detection method based on wavelet finite element model (WFEM). The beam-type wavelet finite element in this study utilizes the second-generation cubic Hermite multi-wavelets as interpolation functions. The dynamic testing results of a one-bay steel portal frame with multiple damages are employed in the experimental validation. Through a multi-stage updating of the WFEM, the multiple damages in the steel portal frame are detected in a progressive manner: the suspected region is first identified using a low-scale structural model, and the more accurate location and severity of the damage can be identified using a multi-scale model with local refinement. As the multi-scale WFEM considerably facilitates the adaptive change of modeling scales, the proposed multi-scale damage detection method can efficiently locate and quantify damage with minimal computation effort and a limited number of updating parameters and sensors, compared with conventional finite element methods.

The fixture structure comprises a machine tool, a portal frame, a portal frame driving device, fixtures, portal frame guide rails arranged on the machine tool and fixture movement guide rails. The machine tool comprises a machine tool front plate and a machine tool back plate. The portal frame driving device is arranged on the machine tool back plate, and drives the portal frame to move along the portal frame guide rails. The fixtures are arranged on the fixture movement guide rails, fixture cylinders of the fixtures are located on one side close to the machine tool back plate, fixture backup plates of the fixtures are located on one side close to the machine tool front plate, and fixture bottom plates of the fixtures are connected with the fixture movement guide rails. By the structure that the fixture backup plates are close to the machine tool front plate, workers can perform feeding or discharging on one side of the machine tool front plate conveniently in a laborsaving manner. The portable frame structure is adopted to substitute for a cantilever type structure, the machine tool is uniform in stress, and central axes X2 of the fixtures and a central axis X1 of the machine tool 1 are staggered beneficially and deviate to the machine tool front panel.
