Abstract: The utility model discloses a two-section full-free portal frame, which comprises an inner portal frame, an outer portal frame, a front lifting oil cylinder, a rear lifting oil cylinder, a portal frame pipeline, two groups of chain wheels and two groups of chains, wherein the front lifting oil cylinder is fixed on the inner portal frame; one end of one group of chain is connected with a middle cross beam of the inner portal frame, and the middle part of the chain moves around the chain wheel at the upper end of a piston rod of the front lifting oil cylinder; the other end of the chain is fixed on a lower cross beam of a fork frame; one end of the other group of chain is fixed on an upper cross beam of the outer portal frame, and the middle of the chain perpendicularly drops; and a guide rod of which the upper end is provided with a flange penetrates through a guide sleeve on the fork frame from top to bottom and is connected with a stopping block. A certain distance is reserved between the central lines of the two groups of chains connected with the fork frame, so that torque produced by the chains counteracts part of torque of a cargo on the fork frame, the pressure of a longitudinal roller on the inner portal frame is reduced, and the service life of the portal frame is prolonged; and the lifting height of the portal frame is higher than that of the conventional portal frame, so that the working range is expanded.

Abstract: Analysis of portal frames involves lot of complications and tedious calculations by conventional methods. To carry out such analysis is a time consuming task. The rotation contribution method i.e. Kani's Method & Moment Distribution Method for analysis of portal frames can be handy in approximate and quick analysis so as to get the detailed estimates ready. In this work, these two methods have been applied only for vertical loading conditions. This paper presents the analysis of portal frame, considering mainly the case of single bay portal frame, which is the most common in practice. The Kani's method is self correcting, that is, the error, if any, in a cycle is corrected automatically in the subsequent cycles. The checking is easier as only the last cycle is required to be checked. The convergence is generally fast. It leads to the solutions in just a few cycles of iterations.

Abstract: The invention discloses a material flow real-time detection device based on video images, including a linear light source emitter, a portal frame, a beam, high-frequency cameras, a conveyor belt, an image analysis software, a host computer, a speed measuring trolley, a carrier roller set and a middle frame. The portal frame is installed on the middle frame of a belt conveyor. The beam is welded tothe middle of the portal frame. The linear light source emitter is fixed to the middle position of the beam. The high-frequency cameras are respectively installed at the two ends of the beam. The speed measuring trolley is installed on the return section of the conveyor. A signal output cable is connected to the image analysis software. The image analysis software is connected to the host computer. The two cameras continuously and synchronously collect the video images of the contour of the illuminated position of the surface of the material and transmit the image data to the image analysis software and the host computer. The actual material surface contour data is calculated, and fitting and matching operation is carried out on the actual material surface contour data and the surface contour data of the belt under the condition of no load to determine the cross-section area of the material at the illuminated position. The instantaneous weight of the material is calculated by integrating time according to the material density and the belt speed. The material flow real-time detection device based on video images has a simple structure and high measurement accuracy, and adapt to weak light and other harsh working environments.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a tire outside diameter holding device which can hold a tire reliably without deforming it, simultaneously with holding the tire, centering can be performed and a holding condition of the green tire can be changed to an arbitrary position, in the case where especially a green tire is raised by holding. CONSTITUTION:In an outside diameter holding device 11, the central parts, which are confronted with each other, of a hollow and square-shaped (almost octagon) handframe 22 are fitted turnably to the inside of a portal frame 20 suspended elevatably through a turning shaft 21, the hand frame 22 is constituted so that it can be turned at an arbitrary angle (for example, 90 deg.) through a turning and driving device 23 such as an air cylinder set up between the portal frame 20 and hand frame 22. In the turning and driving device 23, a base end part 23a of the air cylinder is fixed to the side of the portal frame 20 and the rod 23b is connected with the hand frame 22 through a bracket 24.
