TL;DR: In this paper, a portal vertical machining center is described, where a portal frame and a base are arranged on the lathe body, and a saddle capable of making X-axis movement along the first guide rails is mounted on the saddle.
Abstract: The invention discloses a portal vertical machining center which comprises a lathe body, wherein a portal frame and a base are arranged on the lathe body; the portal frame spans the base; first guide rails in the horizontal direction, which are perpendicular to a plane where the portal frame is located, are arranged on the base; a working platform capable of making X-axis movement along the first guide rails is mounted on the first guide rails; second guide rails in the horizontal direction are arranged on a cross beam of the portal frame; a saddle capable of making Y-axis movement along the second guide rails is mounted on the second guide rails; third guide rails in the vertical direction, which are perpendicular to a plane where the working platform is located, are arranged on the saddle; and a spindle box capable of making Z-axis movement along the third guide rails is mounted on the third guide rails. The portal vertical machining center is good in rigidity and stability, and high in machining precision, and has very good market popularization prospects.

TL;DR: In this article, a narrow and small deviated well-bore space pipe conveying and hoisting device consisting of a convening trolley and a hoisting support is described.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a narrow and small deviated well bore space pipe conveying and hoisting device which comprises a convening trolley and a hoisting support. The narrow and small deviated well bore space pipe conveying and hoisting device is characterized in that a frame of the convening trolley is a rectangular frame (2), front and back idler wheels (1) are installed on the lower portion of the rectangular frame (2), the size of the rectangular frame (2) and the sizes of the idler wheels (1) are matched with the size of a tank trolley track in a roadway, and a pipe bracket (3) with a hoop (4) is fixed on the rectangular frame (2). The hoisting support is an assembly-type portal frame, the width and the height of the assembly-type portal frame are matched with the width and the height of the roadway respectively, and a hoisting ring (6) for hanging a chain block is welded on an upper transverse beam (5) of the portal frame.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors propose a tack welding fixture for bridge girder structure, which includes a long, narrow transport path through which a bridge girder structure and materials therefor are transported in a longitudinal direction from a materials receiving area A to supplemental tack welding area B.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transport time and wasted idle time between processes and enable efficient weld assembly in weld assembly operations of bridge girder structure. SOLUTION: The tack welding fixture for bridge girder structure includes: a long, narrow transport path 1 through which a bridge girder structure and materials therefor are transported in a longitudinal direction from a materials receiving area A to supplemental tack welding area B; a portal frame 4 which horizontally straddles the transport path 1 between the materials receiving area A and supplemental tack welding area B; a back stopper device 2 which makes it possible to support and raise/lower materials received in a vertical state in the material receiving area A; a push-up device which is disposed below the transport path 1 at the location of the portal fame 4 and moves in the horizontal direction, extending and retracting into the transport path 1; a pair or multiple pairs of horizontal pressing devices which are disposed in both the side columns 4b of the portal frame 4 and extend toward the inside of the frame; and a pressing device which moves horizontally along the beam 4a of the portal frame 4 and extends downward.
