Abstract: The utility model relates to a full-automatic welding operation platform used for welding metal workpieces. The full-automatic welding operation platform comprises an upper slide rail and a lower slide rail, as well as a portal frame mounted between the upper and lower guide rails, and is characterized in that an working platform is mounted on the portal frame, and an automatic welder is arranged on the working platform; a through-hole allowing a welding gun of the welder to extend out is formed in the middle of the working platform; an electric hoist is mounted on a cross beam at the upper part of the portal frame, and a cable of the windlass is connected with the working platform; and a motor for driving the portal frame to conduct horizontal movement along the lower slide rail is mounted at the bottom of the portal frame. In the whole welding process, all that is needed is to adjust the relative position of the working platform and a workpiece, and residual welding can be automatically finished by the welder, so that the welding efficiency is high, the welding quality is stable, and meanwhile, the labor intensity of workers and the manufacturing cost are both lowered.

The three-level stacking portal frame comprises a first level portal frame (101), a second level portal frame (102) and a third level portal frame (103). The third level portal frame (103) is connected with a movable fork arm carrier (105) of a chain (104). One end of the chain (104) is connected with a chain support on an outer cylinder barrel of a lifting oil cylinder (106), and the other end of the chain (104) is connected with a chain pulling plate. The three-level stacking portal frame effectively increases the lifting height, and meanwhile has the advantages of bringing convenience for walking when the three-level stacking portal frame is not operated, and being safe and feasible.
