TL;DR: In this article, the utility model relates to an automatic surfacing welding machine suitable for large-component relates to a welding equipment, including portal frame, lateral shifting slip table, automatic surfing welding mechanism, strutting arrangement and motor.
Abstract: The utility model relates to an automatic surfacing welding machine suitable for large -component relates to a welding equipment, including portal frame, lateral shifting slip table, automatic surfacing welding mechanism, strutting arrangement and motor, the crossbeam antetheca of portal frame is connected with the lateral shifting guide rail, but the lateral shifting slip table is connected on the lateral shifting guide rail and the horizontal slip, be connected with the longitudinal movement guide rail on the lateral shifting slip table, automatic surfacing welding agencies positioning is on the longitudinal movement guide rail to the longitudinal movement guide rail reciprocates relatively, the motor passes through driving belt and is connected with the pivot of work piece, strutting arrangement includes two gyro wheel framves, and two gyro wheel frame symmetries set up at the portal frame inboardly. The utility model discloses simple structure, low in manufacturing cost, operation are reliable and stable, and bearing capacity is strong to it is convenient to dismantle the transportation, can be with automatic surfacing welding machine transportation to arbitrary local combination back site?work.

TL;DR: In this article, an upper and lower finishing device of an automatic edge-sealing machine is presented, which consists of a portal frame, a lower-finishing component and an upper finisher component.
Abstract: The utility model discloses an upper and lower finishing device of an automatic edge-sealing machine. The upper and lower finishing device comprises a portal frame, a lower-finishing component and an upper-finishing component, wherein the lower-finishing component is arranged at one side of the portal frame through two first sliding tracks; the upper-finishing component is arranged at the other side of the portal frame through two second sliding tracks; a lower depended wheel and a first-side depended wheel are arranged beside the lower-finishing component; an upper depended wheel and a second-side dependent wheel are arranged beside the upper-finishing component; the upper-finishing component and the lower-finishing component are supported and installed by adopting the portal frame to replace the support and the installation of a cantilever beam, therefore, the rigidity of the overall structure of the upper and lower finishing device is strengthened to be firmer, and the stability and the reliability of the upper and lower finishing device are improved; the upper-finishing component and the lower-finishing component are arranged on the portal frame through the two first sliding tracks and the two second sliding tracks, therefore, the movement and the operation of the upper-finishing component and the lower-finishing component are stable, the mutual interference is avoided, and the quality of finished boards can be improved.

Abstract: : The major objective of this study was to develop a simplified model to simulate the response of low-rise structures subjected to dynamic loads. This model incorporates the influence of soil and floor flexibility and is based upon underlying assumptions of static portal frame analysis. This study was extended to incorporate mono-symmetric structures (with and without setback) subject to self-induced torsion, as well as asymmetric frames. This model provides estimates of any force or displacement which might be determined in a corresponding space frame model. For selected design parameters, including maximum base shear and torque, maximum horizontal roof deflection, and maximum beam forces (shear, moment, and torque), the average errors for all comparisons to space frame calculations were less than ten percent. Preliminary studies assessed the impact of linear soil-structure interaction effects upon the response of space frames with flexible mat foundations and composite beam/slab floor systems. Within the limits of linear analysis of uniformly applied horizontal soil loads, mat flexibility was found significant only to the response of the mat foundation of the structure. Dynamic loads and dynamic response above the mat are only slightly affected by soil and mat flexibility.

TL;DR: In this article, a novel paper mold product hot press for improving the machining efficiency of paper blank hot pressing plastic, and replacing the artifical material operation of folding is presented.
Abstract: Novel paper mould product hot press includes: the frame is installed in the portal frame at frame middle part, be located the inside movable frame body of portal frame, be provided with the actuating mechanism that drive movable frame body was reciprocating motion along the direction of height of portal frame on between this portal frame and the movable frame body, hot press unit including the last mould of activity and the lower mould that is located the mould below, should go up the mould and install in the lower extreme of follow -up support body, and this lower mould is connected in the frame, and the embedded the heating element that is equipped with of this lower mould is provided with between lower mould and the frame and uses the spring, set up the step -by -step conveyor in the frame, fold the material device for place carrying the paper blank that comes out to pile up after the hot pressing plastic. The purpose of the utility model is to provide a purport provides a novel paper mould product hot press for improve the machining efficiency of paper blank hot pressing plastic, and replace the artifical material operation of folding.

TL;DR: In this article, a top house C is made up of portal frame structural frame 1 consisting of steel-frame truss column base 1a and a roof 1b and a film 2 set between the roofs 1b of the structural frame, having an accordion-type structure to be freely opened or closed.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the carry-in/out operation of materials and permit a simple lift-up device to be used by a method in which operating field can be all or partly opened or closed or freely moved. CONSTITUTION:Temporary scaffolds B are asembled to the surrounding of a building A under construction. A top house C is made up of portal frame structural frame 1 consisting of steel-frame truss column base 1a and a roof 1b and a film 2 set between the roofs 1b of the structural frame 1, having an accordion-type structure to be freely opened or closed. The film 2 may be set between the column bases 1a. The frames 1 on the central and both sides are integrally reinforced by bracings 1c to the opening and closing directions, and the film 2' can not be folded up. By increasing or reducing the number of the frames 1, the length in the opening and closing directions of the top house C is adjusted according to the length of beam direction of the building A. Also, by increasing or reducing the truss frames of the roof 1b of the frame 1, the span direction of the top house C is adjusted according to the length between the beams of the building A.
