TL;DR: In this article, a laser welding machine tool is characterized in that: the laser cutting head and the laser welding head are arranged on the portal frame at the same time, the working platform is composed of a fixed work table and a movable worktable, the fixed worktable and the movability worktable are arranged between the two portal frame guide rails along the directions of the portalframe guide rails in an adjacent manner, and the moving worktable is arranged on a movatable worktable guide rail parallel to the portal frames.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a laser welding machine tool which comprises portal frame guide rails, a portal frame arranged on the portal frame guide rails, a working platform, a workpiece fixing device, a laser cutting head and a laser welding head. The portal frame can move along the portal frame guide rails. The laser welding machine tool is characterized in that: the laser cutting head and the laser welding head are arranged on the portal frame at the same time, the working platform is composed of a fixed worktable and a movable worktable, the fixed worktable and the movable worktable are arranged between the two portal frame guide rails along the directions of the portal frame guide rails in an adjacent manner, and the movable worktable is arranged on a movable worktable guide rail parallel to the portal frame guide rails. When in working, the laser welding machine tool closely sucks an automobile plate to be welded by a suction block, the laser cutting head carries out straight, folding or curved line plate edge cutting, the worktables carry out automatic seam splicing, and the laser welding head carries out welding according to the cutting path; therefore, the laser welding machine tool has the characteristics of accurate positioning, high efficiency, low cost, compact structure, convenient installation, use as well as maintenance and reliable performance.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose a utility model for welding integrating machines, which can enhance the degree of automation, improve the quality of welding, save labor and fields, and improve the production efficiency.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a section assembled welding integrating machine, which relates to the welding technique. The utility model is concretely characterized in that full automatic welding is carried out on a vertical stripe panel and a web plate, and the section assembled welding integrating machine is formed by integrating the functions of an assembling function before welding and a panel straightening function after welding into a whole body. According to the design provided by the utility model, a machine base is provided with a portal frame, a guide auxiliary roller track for panels, a positioned clamping device for panels, and an assembling driving roller track, wherein both sides of the portal frame are provided with positioned clamping devices for the web plates, and the upper part of the portal frame is provided with an upward pressure multiple-wheel clamping device for the web plates; both sides of an output end of the portal frame are provided with welding gun frames. The utility model can enhance the degree of automation, improve the quality of welding, save labor and fields, and improve the production efficiency.

TL;DR: A foldable tent frame comprising tubular members 6, 7 and 8 linked by pivoting joints which enable the frame to be folded without the need for any mechanical disconnection of the tubular member from the joints is described in this paper.
Abstract: A foldable tent frame comprising tubular members 6, 7 and 8 linked by pivoting joints which enable the frame to be folded without the need for any mechanical disconnection of the tubular members from the joints. The joints may comprise two components 1, 2 which are pivotally interconnected and define when so interconnected three sockets for receiving the ends of tubular frame members 6, 7 and 8. The frame may comprise two end portal frames interconnected by horizontal non-folding side members, and at least one of the joints of each end portal frame may be spring-biased to a folded position, by springs 25.

TL;DR: In this paper, the critical vertical and horizontal loads that will cause sideway buckling of an inelastic portal frame hinged at the base are determined and the effects of various loadings on the frame are shown, as related to the design criteria.
Abstract: The critical vertical and horizontal loads that will cause sidesway buckling of an inelastic portal frame hinged at the base are determined. The elastic portal frame subjected to both lateral and vertical loads is shown to be similar to the elastic beam column in that it would not buckle. Similar to the inelastic beam column, the inelastic portal frame has well-defined vertical and lateral buckling loads. A trial method incorporating the numerical integration procedure for inelastic columns was developed for obtaining the sidesway deflection under given loadings. The effects of various loadings on the frame are shown, as related to the design criteria. For various loadings, the current (1963) AISC design specifications are shown to vary from accurate to slightly unsafe.
