Abstract: The utility model relates to a sawing machine, in particular to a large-scale portal horizontal band sawing machine, which comprises a base and a saw frame, a main speed reduction control device, a transmission system and a movable workbench which are arranged on the base, wherein a portal frame is also arranged on the base; the saw frame is arranged on the portal frame; a main guide rail and a secondary guide rail which are matched with the saw frame are arranged on the portal frame; the transmission system and the main speed reduction control device are arranged on the saw frame; and a saw blade hydraulic tension device is arranged on the transmission system. According to the large-scale portal horizontal band sawing machine, the main guide rail and the secondary guide rail which are arranged on the portal frame are matched with the saw frame, so that heads, tails and even any position of large-scale forging pieces can be cut off by the band sawing machine, and the band sawing machine is high in reliability and stability of saw cutting, high in cutting accuracy and cutting efficiency and easy to operate.

Abstract: The invention discloses a multifunctional slitting and slicing machine, which comprises a frame, wherein the upper part of the frame is provided with a portal frame; the portal frame is provided with a roller and a horizontal cutting knife; the frame behind the portal frame is symmetrically provided with two cantilevers; the two cantilevers are provided with a dovetail rail parallel to the cutting knife; the dovetail rail is provided with two or more slitting knife components capable of moving along the dovetail rail; the lower part of each slitting knife component is provided with a longitudinal slitting knife opposite to the roller; the two cantilevers below the dovetail rail are provided with a tension component consisting of two rotating rods, and the tension component is parallel to the two cantilevers. The frame is simultaneously provided with the horizontal cutting knife and the slitting knives, so that one machine has slitting and slicing functions, the efficiency is high, the quality is good and materials are saved.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a portable portal frame. Moving rollers are located on lower portions of lower supports, upper supports are located on the upper parts of the lower supports, a gourd fixing frame is arranged on the upper parts of the upper supports, a bearing gourd is arranged in the gourd fixing frame, a forward and reverse connecting screw rod is arranged between the gourd fixing frame and the upper supports, and the upper supports and the lower supports are fixedly matched through height adjustment screws. The portal frame comprises an upper half body and a lower half body, the height of the portal frame is reduced, transportation and conveying of the portal frame are convenient, the overall height can be adjusted, and the bearing gourd frame can move leftwards and rightwards in sliding grooves through the forward and reverse connecting screw rod and can be adjusted to any positions. The sliding grooves bearing the gourd fixing frame are made of channel steel and comprise a left sliding groove and a right sliding groove, not only rigidity of the portal frame can be increased, but also the bearing capability of the portal frame is greatly strengthened, and the degree of safety is improved.

Abstract: This paper presents the reliability analysis of the frame structures with semi-rigid connections. For this purpose, the SEMIFEM finite element program that is capable of dealing with the semi-rigid connections is coded in FORTRAN. Then, this program is connected to the reliability algorithm. The direct coupling method, which is a combination of the reliability method and finite element method, is utilized to determine the reliability indexes and probabilities of failure for the structure. The first order reliability method (FORM) is the one favored in the present reliability analysis. Two sets of steel framed structures are analyzed; each of four and eight stories, consisting of a portal frame and three types of concentrically braced frames. Concrete compression strength limit state in reinforced concrete (RC) columns, steel strength limit state in steel braces and inter-story drift limit state are considered in reliability evaluation. According to the limit states, X braced frames are determined as the safest structures, while the portal frames are regarded as the most unsafe structures. As the connection percentage increases, the safety of the structure increases in terms of inter-story drift and steel strength limit states, but decreases for concrete compression strength limit states.
