Abstract: The utility model discloses a movable X-ray transmission-type green-channel detection system including an X-ray transmission-type detection device. The system is characterized in that the X-ray transmission-type detection device is arranged on a portal frame. The bottom part of the portal frame is provided with portal movable guide rails. The X-ray transmission-type detection device is capable of moving at a constant speed along the portal movable guide rails under the drive of the portal frame so that scanning and detection, at a constant speed, of the body of a vehicle to be detected, parked under the portal frame, can be realized. The movable X-ray transmission-type green-channel detection system is arranged into a structure which is capable of moving at a constant speed along the guide rails and capable of scanning the whole vehicle body under a condition that the body of the vehicle to be detected does not move and is also capable of scanning only part of the vehicle body so that image distortion caused by inconstancy of the moving speed of the vehicle is prevented. Moreover, potential dangers of the X-ray to a truck driver are also prevented so that security and detection depth and accuracy are improved.

Abstract: The development of new and valuable conceptual design concepts based on structural optimization results is the global aim of the presented research in order to assist the industry in economical fire design of steel tapered portal frames. In order to find optimal configurations regarding the life cycle of the structure, a complex, reliability based structural optimization framework has been developed for tapered portal frame structures. Due to the high nonlinearity and discrete nature of the optimality problem, Genetic Algorithm is invoked to find optimal solutions according to the objective function in with the probability of failure is evaluated using First Order Reliability Method. The applied heuristic algorithm ensures that a number of possible alternatives are analysed during the design process. Based on evaluation of the results of a parametric study, new conceptual design concepts and recommendations are developed and presented for steel tapered portal frames used as storage hall related to optimal structural safety, common design practice and optimal structural fire design.

The utility model has the advantages of novel structure and good strength and rigidity, and can meet the requirements of a multi-axis linkage numerical control machine tool; and the contact area of the portal frame and the machine tool base is large, the load-bearing capacity is strong, the linkage property and stability are good, the vibration resistance is excellent, and favorable machining precision for processing workpiece is ensured.
