Abstract: The machine is for excavating and extraction from the ground of support elements used to make pile reinforced foundations. It hasa portal frame for supporting a vertically moving frame and a vibrator. The vibrator is mounted on the frame with elastic supports and is connected to the components to be extracted. This machine can be used for extracting large piles from the ground. The vibrator frame (5) is connected by flexible springs (9) to the out- of-balance vibration exciter (10). The frame has a number of spring-loaded anvils (11) for transmitting vibrations to the frame. These anvils are arranged at different levels for varying the impact force transmitted to the frame through anvil springs.

The whole structure continues to use the planer -type structure through bionical optimal design, and compact structure and stroke are big, and the rigidity is high and can keep long -term high accuracy, and static state and dynamic behavior are splendid.

The metal cutting machine tool comprises a cutting table, a portal frame, a transverse bracket and a cutting device, wherein the cutting table is arranged in the middle of the portal frame; the transverse bracket is arranged at the upper end of the portal frame; the cutting device is arranged on the transverse bracket; the metal cutting machine tool further comprises a motor, a rotating shaft, an electromagnet device, a switch and an open slot; the motor is fixed on the portal frame; the output shaft of the motor is connected with the rotating shaft by virtue of a coupling; the electromagnet device is connected to the rotating shaft; two ends of the rotating shaft are fixed on the portal frame; the open slot is formed in the portal frame; the switch is arranged on the portal frame and is connected with the electromagnet device. Metal fragments produced in the metal cutting process can be effectively collected and are prevented from splashing all around, so that the machine tool and the body health of staff are effectively protected, and the practicability is relatively good.

Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle dimension automatic measurement instrument system, which comprises a portal frame, two long rails, two positioning optical gratings, a power supply cabinet, three groups of high-speed detection optical gratings and a control module, wherein the portal frame is in a rectangular shape formed by four square stripes; the two opposite square strips are mutually parallel; the two long rails are mutually parallel, and are respectively arranged at the two sides of the portal frame; a certain height is formed between the ground and the long rails; the two positioning optical gratings are respectively arranged on the corresponding long rails, correspond to each other, and are used for positioning the position of a vehicle; the power supply cabinet is positioned at one side of the long rails, and is mainly used for providing a power supply for a vehicle dimension automatic measuring instrument system; the three groups of high-speed detection optical gratings are respectively arranged on the surfaces of the portal frame and the long rails, and are used for measuring the practical outer contour data of the vehicle; the control module is connected with the portal frame and the long rails. The optical point intervals of the high-speed detection optical gratings are fine, so that the precision is high; meanwhile, the influence by external environment cannot be easily caused.
