Abstract: The utility model has the advantages of movable portal frame which is a hoisting device, in particular to a portal hoisting frame device. Compared with the existing portal frame, each component of the utility model is convenient for disassemble and assemble, and the bottom end of a pole support is provided with a universal castor. The pole support can be composed of two or more than two segments, and the bottom of each two closed pole supports can be connected with a telescopic pull rod. The utility model has the advantages of convenience for arrangement, transportation, dismounting and operation, good overall stability, lifting heavier objects and wide applicability, and after heavy objects are lifted, the utility model can move in all direction.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a double-purpose polishing machine which comprises a machine frame and is characterized in that a mainframe box with a chuck is arranged at one end of the machine frame; a lifting support device, a tail seat and a portal frame are arranged on the machine frame; the machine frame is provided with a rack; a gear meshed with the rack is arranged at the lower part of the portal frame; the portal frame is movably arranged on the machine frame along the rack and is provided with a polishing head; the polishing head is provided with a polishing abrasive belt and a polishing abrasive cloth wheel whose stations are the same; the lifting support device comprises a lifting body and two support rollers arranged at the upper part of the lifting body; and a dust remover which is connected with the portal frame and moves synchronously with the portal frame is arranged at one side of the portal frame. The double-purpose polishing machine has the advantages of stable operation, good polishing effect, high efficiency and high degree of automation, and the environmental pollution is effectively reduced.

Abstract: The utility model relates to an adjustable transferring buffering coal blocking plate with a T-shaped belt. The utility model is a coal blocking device for the T-shaped transferring position of belt conveyers. The utility model is composed of a portal frame and a lower supporting frame. A buffering coal blocking plate facing the upper belt is fixed on the cross beam of the portal frame, and adjustable coal blocking plates are arranged on both sides of the portal frame. A coal blocking cylinder is arranged between the buffering coal blocking plate and the lower belt. The buffering coal blocking plate can be longitudinally and laterally adjusted on the cross beam and the portal frame, the angle can be adjusted by the adjustable coal blocking plates, and the portal frame can be longitudinally and laterally adjusted on the supporting frame. The utility model can solve the problems such as belt bruising, carrying material piling, transport line blocking, etc.

Abstract: The invention relates to a steel rail impact test device and method. According to the steel rail impact test device and method, continuous impact function of an electric impact rammer is utilized, spherical holding and stabilizing impact heat accessories are designed, and a controller is arranged, so that steel rails are impacted at regular time. The device comprises a portal frame, an upper pressing plate, a lower pressing pate, a fixing bolt, a vibration plate, a floating spring, a limiting bolt, a rotary shaft, a joint grasp plate, a pin roll, an impact hammer handle holder, the electric impact hammer, an impact head special for the steel rails, a buffer cushion, a knuckle bearing, a limiting connecting rod and a control cabinet. The steel rail impact test device has the advantages of being large in impact force, simple in structure, convenient to use and the like, can simulate impact of a train on the steel rails on the high-speed railway site, and enables tests to be close to the real working conditions.
