TL;DR: In this paper, a synthesizing method for 4,4 double hexabromocyclodecane alkyl benzene iodine fluorin antimonite was proposed, which is made with the following steps.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a synthesizing method for 4,4 double hexabromocyclododecane alkyl benzene iodine fluorin antimonite, which is made with the following steps: (1) 4,4 double hexabromocyclododecane alkyl benzene iodine is prepared by the reaction with barium chloride under the function of vitriol taking detergent alkylate and potassium iodate as the material, and acetic anhydride as the solution; (2) 4,4 double hexabromocyclododecane alkyl benzene iodine fluorin antimonite is prepared by the ion reaction between 4,4 double hexabromocyclododecane alkyl benzene iodine and fluorin potassium metaantimonate in cyclohexane, chloroform or dichloroethane solution agent. The 4,4 double hexabromocyclododecane alkyl benzene iodine fluorin antimonite synthesized by the present invention has much better solidified performance to the resin.

TL;DR: In this article, the free iodine in Wijs solution is titrated directly, in strong hydrochloric acid solution, with standard potassium iodate solution, and the usual sodium thiosulfate titration for total halogen is calculated.
Abstract: The free iodine in Wijs solution is titrated directly, in strong hydrochloric acid solution, with standard potassium iodate solution. From this titration and the usual sodium thiosulfate titration for total halogen, the iodine/chlorine ratio is calculated. Results agree closely with those obtained by the longer chlorine-water method of Lopes. The halogen ratio of reagent grade iodine monochloride, a convenient material from which to prepare Wijs reagent directly, is also determined by the new titration method.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for preparing iodized monochloride hydrochloride solution comprises chemical interaction of iodine-containing reagent and potassium iodate in hydrochloric acid solution, which provides enhancing the safety level of the process, reducing energy consumption, labor intensity and the cost of the end product.
Abstract: FIELD: chemical industry, inorganic chemistry, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for processing mineral raw, in particular, to a method for preparing iodine monochloride hydrochloride solution. Method for preparing iodine monochloride hydrochloride solution comprises chemical interaction of iodine-containing reagent and potassium iodate in hydrochloric acid solution. Chemical interaction is carried out by continuous stirring crystalline iodine as iodine-paste and potassium iodate in hydrochloric acid solution taken in the ratio crystalline iodine : potassium iodate = (12.5:5.3)-(2.36:1.0) at the environment temperature up to the complete reaction. Invention provides enhancing the safety level of the process, reducing energy consumption, labor intensity and the cost of the end product. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method.

TL;DR: In this article, the difference between the fate of radio-halogen in chiorate and iodate crystals after irradiation with thermal neutrons was made. But the difference should be attributed mainly to the chemical properties of the radiohalogen or to those of the crystal lattice.
