Abstract: The invention discloses a production method of high potassium washing fertilizer containing amino acid chelated medium and trace elements, and the production method belongs to the field of compound fertilizer production. The production method takes amino acid mother liquid, which contains a plurality of amino acids and other organic materials, medium and trace elements, which includes calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, boron and molybdenum, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate and potassium nitrate as the raw materials. The production method comprises following steps: chelating amino acid mother liquid with medium and trace elements, atomizing the chelation, drying, pulverizing monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate and potassium nitrate, and mixing all raw materials to obtain the product. The high potassium washing fertilizer containing amino acid chelated medium and trace elements is especially suitable for cash crops such as fruits and vegetables, can fully satisfy the needs of potassium and other nutrients in the fruit setting period for fruits and vegetables, and has the advantages of improvement on fertilizer utilization rate, prominent yield-increasing effect and simple application process. The fertilizer can be mixed with the irrigation water and applied in ways of sprinkling, drip irrigating and pouring.

Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of an elemental selenium-enriched preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing sodium selenite, glucose, starch, protein, calcium carbonate, table salt, amino acids, potassium nitrate, ferrous sulphate, biochemical enzymes and chitosan with deionized water, then inoculating probiotics and fermenting at 25-35 DEG C for 20-40 days under an anaerobic condition to obtain the elemental selenium-enriched preparation, wherein the elemental selenium-enriched preparation contains 0.3-0.4g/L of elemental selenium, the elemental selenium is nanoscale, the average particle size is 60-150nm, and the total number of active bacteria is not less than 10 billions/mL; the probiotics are selected from one or the combination of more of saccharomycetes, lactic acid bacteria, bacillus and actinomycetes; the elemental selenium-enriched preparation contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements necessary to plants except for selenium element, and has a production-increasing effect on grape; the selenium-enriched preparation has a stress-resistant effect on crop diseases and pests, has an antagonistic effect on harmful heavy metals, has a degradation effect on nitrate in vegetables, and can be used for reducing the application amounts of pesticides.

Abstract: Eggplant fruits are abundant in potassium, the amount of which ranges from 200 to 600 mg K⋅100 g -1 FM, depending on a variety. They are also a rich source of phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, and iron. As there are no fertilization recommendations for eggplant cultivation under cover, this study been undertaken to evaluate the vegetable’s requirements. The aim was to test how the type and dose of potassium fertilizer influences nitrogen, phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium levels in eggplant fruits. The experiment on cv. Epic F1 eggplant was carried out in unheated polyethylene tunnel in 2004-2005. The eggplant was cultivated on peat subsoil in 10 dm3 capacity cylinders made of rigid plastic. The experiment was set up in a two-factor, completely randomized design. The influence of two factors was examined: I – type of potassium fertilizer (KCl, K 2 SO 4 , KNO 3 ), and II – potassium rate (8, 16, 24 g K⋅plant -1 ). Fruit samples for laboratory determinations were collected in mid-August, in the middle of fruiting stage. Fruits were harvested at the stage of technological maturity and the following were determined: N tot , P, K, Ca, Mg. The results were processed by variance analysis. Significantly higher total nitrogen and potassium concentrations in fruits of plants fertilized with potassium nitrate as compared to the other two fertilizer types were recorded. Increasing potassium doses, regardless the fertilizer type, considerably increased the element content in eggplant fruits and widened the K:Ca ratio value. The diversification of potassium fertilization did not have significant influence on phosphorus and magnesium concentrations in eggplant fruits. No significant changes in calcium content in fruits were observed when applying potassium sulfate or nitrate, while higher potassium chloride rates significantly decreased the concentration of this element in fruits.
