TL;DR: In this paper, a method of a floating seedling nutrient solution for Chinese herbal medicine plant is presented, which comprises macroelements, trace elements, ferric salt and nettle liquid.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method of a floating seedling nutrient solution for Chinese herbal medicine plant. The nutrient solution comprises macroelements, trace elements, ferric salt and nettle liquid. The macroelements include ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, calcium nitrate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate; the trace elements include manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, ammonium molybdate and boric acid; the ferric salt is sodium iron; and the nettle liquid is obtained by decocting Stinging nettle and water in a ratio of 4:6 in a pot for 2-3 hours, cooling and filtering. The macroelements, trace elements and ferric salt are weighed according to 20 times and 200 times of the original volume and prepared into a concentrated solution. For each usage, each liter of water is added with 5ml of macroelements, 50ml of trace elements and 200 ml of nettle liquid, and the mixture is fully mixed into the nutrient liquid; and a pH is adjusted to 5-7. The nutrient solution can be used in floating seedling and floating cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine plant seed, and is particularly suitable for floating seedling and floating cultivation of seed of pseudo-ginseng and Paris polyphylla.

TL;DR: The effect of different sources of nitrogen on the mycelial growth of the edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus has been studied in this article, and the results showed that ammonium citrate was the best nitrogen source added to the synthetic medium, producing 14.7 grams of dry mycelium, which was the highest biomass concentration obtained in this work.
Abstract: The effect of different sources of nitrogen on the mycelial growth of the edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus has been studied. The organic nitrogen sources tested were yeast extract, peptone, and urea, and the inorganic nitrogen sources were ammonia solution, ammonium phosphate dibasic, ammonium citrate, ammonium nitrate and potassium nitrate. The concentrations of the different sources of nitrogen were calculated to provide 0.5 g/L of nitrogen to both a synthetic and a peat extract medium. The ammonia solution was used to provide nitrogen and also to adjust the pH of the peat extract medium. Different concentrations of yeast extract (1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 7.5 and 10.0 g/L), and (NH4)2HPO4 (0, 2.5, 5.0 and 7.5 g/L) (which were the best nitrogen sources added to the peat extract medium) were studied for their effects on growth and on crude protein production. Ammonium citrate was the best nitrogen source added to the synthetic medium, producing 14.7 g/L of dry mycelium, which was the highest biomass concentration obtained in this work. The effect of the carbon: nitrogen ratios in the culture media on the mycelial growth is presented.

TL;DR: In this paper, the cupric ion and melt nitrate were used as accelerant of the etching speed for making printing wiring board, which can effectively increase the speed of the acidic etching solution.
Abstract: Acidic etching solution is characterized in that comprising cupric ion and melt nitrate which is used as accelerant of etching speed, wherein melt nitrate is optimized with nitrate of alkali metal, particularly optimized with sodium nitrate or potassium nitrate, and the concentration of melt nitrate in the acidic etching solution is optimize with the range of 001-070g/L, particularly within therange of 01-05g/L The cupric ion is optimized from copper chloride, copper bromide, copper sulphate or copper oxide The invention provides an application of melt nitrate as etching speed accelerant in the acidic etching of making printing wiring board The beneficial effect of the invention compared with the prior art is that the acidic etching solution speed accelerant of the invention can effectively increase the etching speed of the acidic etching solution, and the cost is lower
