TL;DR: A simple integrable circuit for implementing a precision full-wave rectifier circuit in CMOS technology, which can be operated from a lowvoltage power supply, is described in this paper.
Abstract: A simple integrable circuit for implementing a precision full-wave rectifier circuit in CMOS technology, which can be operated from a low-voltage power supply, is described. The realization method is based on the use of a MOS class AB configuration to improve the high frequency performance. The circuit exhibits a very sharp corner in the dc transfer characteristic. Simulation results showing the performance of the proposed circuit are also presented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize that a power source rectifier diode and a signal detecting diode are mounted in an electronic apparatus integrated circuit. SOLUTION: A P well 2 or an N well 11 is provided electrically independently on an integrated circuit, and MOS transistors of an N or P channel are formed on these wells, and a gate of these transistors is connected to a drain thereof to form a first electrode, to constitute an equivalent diode in which a source is a second electrode. It is possible to decrease the number of parts of electronic apparatuses.

TL;DR: A new approach to compensating for coupling variations in wireless power transfer (WPT) systems using an active variable reactance (AVR) rectifier, able to fully compensate for up to 50% lateral misalignments in the capacitive coupler, while maintaining high efficiency.
Abstract: This paper introduces a new approach to compensating for coupling variations in wireless power transfer (WPT) systems using an active variable reactance (AVR) rectifier. The AVR rectifier incorporates a lossless resonant network and two actively-controlled bridge rectifiers, which are interfaced with the output of the WPT system using dc-dc converters. The input reactance of the AVR rectifier can be continuously varied by changing the relative voltages at its two outputs while maintaining soft-switching of the rectifier transistors, enabling the rectifier to compensate for coupler misalignments while achieving high efficiency at high switching frequencies. The AVR rectifier also ensures that the output power of the WPT system is maintained at a fixed level even during coupler misalignments. A prototype AVR rectifier is designed, built and tested with a 6.78-MHz 20-W capacitive WPT system for tablet charging applications. The system is able to fully compensate, i.e., maintain a fixed output power level, for up to 50% lateral misalignments in the capacitive coupler, while maintaining high efficiency.

TL;DR: The space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control scheme for three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier, which is based on its model in synchronous reference frame and simulation results show that this method can improve dynamic performance of the system obviously.
Abstract: The sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technique is used in the conventional voltage-source PWM rectifier, and the SPWM control waveform can be obtained by the inter-phase decoupling However, the process is complex and the utilization ratio of the DC voltage is low This paper proposes the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control scheme for three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier, which is based on its model in synchronous reference frame The DC bus voltage and power factor of the PWM rectifier are regulated with high performance The paper presents the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation model The results confirm the validity of the model and its control method Compared with the traditional SPWM method, the simulation results show that this method can improve dynamic performance of the system obviously
