Abstract: In the paper presents the influence of moisture content and electric field intensity on the activation energy of the conductivity DC electrical pressboard impregnated with insulating oil in the measuring temperature range of from 20 °C to 80 °C and the electric field intensity range from 10 kV/m to 1000 kV/m. With Arrhenius plots for each of the moisture content and for all seven of the electric field intensity was determined coefficients of determination R2, which are very close to one. This proves the high accuracy of approximation linear experimental results on the Arrhenius plots and highly accurate measurements of conductivity, accurate stabilization and measurements temperature. It was found that the moisture content of range from 1.15% to 6.5% wt. and the electric field intensity does not affect (in the margin of error) on the activation energy value of the DC conductivity, which is (1.0338 ± 0.02000) eV.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a but multiplaten press of quick replacement hot pressboard includes frame, hot pressing control assembly, multi hot press board and roof pressure subassembly at least, all installs the calabash loop wheel machine on rack top plate's the four corners, sets up wired hole and couple hole along vertical direction in rack top plate's the four corners, and the lifting rope of calabash loop wheel machine runs through the roof of frame through the line hole, and the couple of calabash loop wheel machine is fixed in the tip of lifting rope and be arranged in the couple hole, the both ends of hot pressboard are all outstanding in the hot pressboard erection column of frame, and rings are all installed to the position relative with the calabash loop wheel machine on the four corners of hot pressboard, have seted up the rings groove on the four corners of hot pressboard, and rings articulate in the rings grooves, and the spout has been seted up to the symmetry on the bottom surface of hot pressboard, and movable mounting has slide mechanism in the spout, this multiplaten press sets up the calabash loop wheel machine through the top and realizes reciprocating of hot pressboard, for the dismouting hot pressboard provides the operating space, realizes the push -and -pull of hot pressboard, easy operation, labour saving and time saving through installation slide mechanism on the hot pressboard bottom surface.

Abstract: Insulation liquid preparation preferably for load switches in transformer tap changing. The load changeover switch (2) is in a container (1) with a number of filter devices spaced a short distance one above the other, above the support surface (3). There is a guide unit (4) under the filter units which guides the insulation fluid (6) heated by the switch over resistance element (5). The support surfaces for the filters is made from steel or non-ferrous metal sheets. They can also be made from cardboard or hard paper, fibrous material, pressboard, wood, plastic or foam plastic. The support surfaces are designed as electrodes subjected to a direct voltage greater than or equal to 100 volts.

This hot press is usedin processing of bamboo floor with shock -absorbing function, through being provided with first inserted bar and second inserted bar, at second hot pressboard and first hot pressing plate contact, during the hot pressing plate contact of third hot pressboard and second, first inserted bar and second inserted bar contact with second fixed block and third fixed block respectively, the vibrations that produce during through first spring and second spring buffering second hot pressboard and the hot pressing plate movable of third, it is poor to have solved current bamboo floor hot press shock attenuation effect, influence the problem of bamboo floor quality.
