Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of gear measurement, in particular to a measuring method of a small-module gear in the gear measurement center, and a measuring head used in the method, and aims to overcome the defects that the small-module gear smaller than 0.2mm cannot be measured and the measurement accuracy is poor in the prior art. According to the technical scheme of the measuring method of the small-module gear in the gear measurement center, an adopted cylinder coordinate measuring machine comprises a measuring head, a rotating shaft and three linear axes, the linear axes comprises an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis respectively, the measuring head adopts a tapered structure with a modified top, a semi-taper angle ak of the measuring head is not required to be equal to a pressure angle of the gear, the moving direction of the measuring head coincides with the direction of an action line of a gear rack, an adjustable included angle a0 is formed in the gear measurement center in the Y direction, and a0 is larger than the semi-taper angle ak of the measuring head. The method has the advantages as follows: the problem that the small-module gear smaller than 0.2mm cannot be measured is solved, the measuring can be realized without interference, and simultaneously the measuring accuracy is high.

In a method of machining such as turning, milling and planing in which a slice-like cutter bit 12 secured to a holder 11 is fed into a workpiece transversely to the cutting direction, the bit has a cutting edge formed at the juncture of its face with its side wall and is orientated in relation to the workpiece so that its face is the clearance face 15 and the side wall 14 forms the rake face, the angle of obliquity of the cutting edge to the cutting direction being the maximum which achieves effective cutting. The angle of obliquity is defined as the angle between a tangent to the cutting edge and the direction of cutting. In addition to the orientation of the cutting bit as set out above, the bit may also be inclined to the axis of the holder. The bit is secured to the holder by means of a screw and a split sleeve (see Specification 1,140,843) and may be invertable and indexable so as to present a new cutting edge to a workpiece when required. The various forms of cutter bit (see Specifications 1,140,842 and 1,140,844) may be circular or polygonal and the cutting edges may be formed by a plurality of successive arcuate portions. Also a narrow land may be provided along part or all of the cutting edge depending on the shape of the bit and the cutting conditions required.

Abstract: The utility model relates to a multi-head spiral grid-plate for a tube-shaped grinder, which belongs to the component part of the powder grinding machinery equipment. Multi-head spiral open holes are arranged on a separating storehouse grid-plate and a grinder tail grid-plate, and the angle of the open holes is consistent with the pressure angle of a bull gear. The separating storehouse grid-plate and the grinder tail grid-plate are fixed in a cylinder body through coach bolts and fixed rings, and a ladder lining plate, a flat lining plate and a material lifting plate device are arranged in the inner wall of the cylinder body. A big gear ring is engaged with a pinion gear, and the center in the cylinder body is provided with a central hole and a grinding door. With simple structure, convenient operation, low energy consumption and high efficiency, the utility model has the advantages that the ventilation of the material in the grinder is fluent, the material is not deposited, and the phenomenon of powder over grinding is eliminated. The utility model is widely used for the crushing grinding of the materials of construction material, electric power, chemical industry and metallurgy.

Abstract: The invention provides a cylindrical gear parameter accurate reversing method. A control inductor probe moves to a certain gullet of a cylindrical gear along a Y axis, then a revolving axle is controlled to be linked to an X axis, the inductor probe is enabled to move relative to the tooth profile of the cylindrical gear until the inductor probe is disengaged from the cylindrical gear under the condition that contact with the tooth profile is maintained, and tooth profile position information measured by the inductor probe is acquired in the movement process; and the tooth profile position information is substituted into an involute parameter expression of the gear tooth profile, an actual basic circle radius value of the cylindrical gear is solved, and then the modulus and the pressure angle of the cylindrical gear are solved by use of a pattern search mode. According to the invention, various parameters of the gear are determined through detection of the gear, the method can be used for replacement of a failure gear, and also through reversing of the gear parameters, errors of actual processing parameters of the gear can be determined.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cassette having a stable lid mechanism for performing a smooth opening operation even if dust is stuck to an exposed cam groove. SOLUTION: A cam groove 45 for guiding a cam pin 38b is composed of three different guiding parts, i.e., a first horizontal guiding part, a second horizontal guiding part and a slope guiding part, this slope guiding part is composed of a singular circular-arc shape, and a straight line connecting the center position of the circular arc with the rotational center of a front lid 37 is formed to pass through a middle position between a shaft position 38a at the start of opening a top lid 38 and a position after 30 degrees opening. Thus, an absolute value for a pressure angle is lowered as a whole, little change occurs from the 0 degree to 30 degrees opening angle of the front lid 37, and a pressure angle at the start of opening is lowest.
