Abstract: The utility model relates to a numerical control small module straight bevel gear planing machine, including lathe bed, cage chair assembly, workpiece box assembly, hydraulic system and numerical control system, cage chair assembly and workpiece box assembly be equipped with on the lathe bed, the lathe bed both sides are equipped with hydraulic system, and the cage chair assembly includes: cage chair support, knife rest drive mechanism, cradle drum, tool rest device, stroke adjustment mechanism, gear -shaping cutter motion spindle servo motor, cage chair gyration servo motor and the cage chair gyration worm gear mechanism that is connected with cage chair gyration servo motor, characterized in that: tool rest device includes: carriage saddle, ram, base of tool support, the base of tool, cutter relieving kinetic tuning device, tooth angle guiding mechanism, gear -shaping cutter, knife height guiding mechanism and pressure angle guiding mechanism. The advantage is: structural configuration is compact, and adjustment operation is simple, convenient, has great cutter relieving amount, and the adjusting range is big, the cutter relieving motion is accurate, avoid appearing self -locking phenomenon, carries high tooth wheel machining precision, has satisfied high accuracy small module straight bevel gear's processing requirement.

Abstract: This article is an expand research about second size synthesis task of disc mechanism with floating roller push rod. By taking the cam-linkage combination mechanism of high speed printing machine as the research object, the travel angle of rocker m of its output member was analyzed and explored. According, in different allowable pressure angles [], relationship of zC, r0 and m were analyzed, optimal pressure angle []* and optimal cam basic radius r0opt * were solved. Regardless of digging the potential of existing mechanisms or extending scalable coverage, the above analyses have important reference value and guiding significance.

Abstract: A processing machine for performing a bending operation on a workpiece includes a die, a punch movable in a first direction for pressing the workpiece against the die, a slide member movable in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a first cam device that moves the punch toward the die for deforming the workpiece when being actuated by movement of the slide member, a second cam device that moves the punch for pressing a surface of the workpiece when being actuated by movement of the slide member. The pressure angle of the second cam device is smaller than a pressure angle of the first cam device. The processing machine further includes a drive member configured to move the slide member such that the second cam device is actuated after the first cam device is actuated.

Abstract: The invention discloses a universal speed reducer of a sliding gear meshing pair, which comprises a shell, a power input shaft and a power output shaft, wherein the power input shaft is provided with an eccentric sleeve; the power output shaft is provided with a sliding gear disk; the sliding gear disk can be radially provided with a sliding gear in a single-freedom degree sliding way; a gear groove is fixed to the shell, is concentric with the power input shaft and can be in small tooth difference meshing with the sliding gear; the width of the gear groove along the circumference direction is larger than the gear thickness of the sliding gear along the circumference direction; and the eccentric sleeve is opposite to the sliding gear along the axial direction and is internally sleeved into the sliding gear disk eccentrically A pressure angle of the invention can be adjusted by changing the eccentric amount of the eccentric sleeve; a pressure angle of a conjugate gear can be reduced from 60 degrees or so to 25 degrees, thereby preventing power consumption caused by an overlarge pressure angle, greatly improving the drive efficiency and smoothly outputting motion without blockage; and the reduction ratio can be fitted by the quantity of the gear grooves, the drive ratio range can be expanded to 5 to 50, and the invention has the advantages of simple design, small structure size, few parts and low processing cost

Abstract: In the paper a optimum design method for hydraulic heavy load wrist of robot which works in a complex multi-obstacles circumstance is proposed.Several important objective functions presenting the work performance and construction compactness,such as linear cylinder length and maximum allowance pressure angle are given. Then optimum design process and result for 3 DOF heavy load hydraulic wrist of 155HP-1 robot is presented as an example.The construction of the wrist is designed specially and three revolute joints are arranged separately, but their axes are still intersecting.The concrete construction of the wrist is shown and it is optimium construction under this condition.
