Abstract: An improved drive shaft is disclosed of the type used in a rotary fluid pressure device including an input-output shaft and a gerotor gear set having an externally toothed member which orbits and rotates within an internally toothed member. Both the input-output shaft and the externally toothed member define straight internal splines, and the drive shaft includes a set of crowned, involute external splines at each end thereof, in engagement with the respective straight internal splines. The crowned external splines are hobbed with a hob on which the cutter teeth have a pressure angle phi H greater than the primary pressure angle phi S of the crowned splines. The increased pressure angle phi H of the cutter teeth makes it possible to reduce the crown angle on the splines, while still maintaining the necessary clearance X between each external spline and the adjacent internal spline at any given axial distance Y along the external spline from the central plane. Reducing the crown angle makes it possible either to increase the length of the external splines for a given shank diameter, or to increase the shank diameter for a given spline length. In either case, the result is an increase in the torque carrying capacity of the shaft by a factor F, wherein F equals the ratio of sin phi H/sin phi S.

This device can make things convenient for, accurate different experimental temperatures of measurement and pressure angle of deflection down, can provide the reference for overcoming the leakage of high temperature flange.

Abstract: It presents a method to optimize a certain splitting Ackerman steering linkage through deducing the 3-dimension kinematic equations, applying the structure parameters of steering linkage as the design variables, using the ideal Ackermann angle and the vehicle's available space as objective function and constraint condition respectively. The test with the Adams virtual prototype model shows that the optimized steering trapezium mechanism remarkably improves the performance of the steering angles on both sides tracking the ideal Ackermann angle, rationalizes the variability of the transmission ratio during cornering and better satisfies the requirement on the pressure angle of the mechanical system.

Abstract: The invention discloses an adjusting and fixing device for a thermal protection material/structure and an arc wind tunnel testing device. The adjusting and fixing device comprises an adapter tooling which is fixedly connected with the front end of a base through an angle of attack adjusting block and fixedly connected with a nozzle of a supersonic injector. The bottom surface of a test piece installation tooling is fixedly connected with the base. A flow guide tooling is fixedly connected between the test piece installation tooling and the middle front part of the base. A test piece is fixedlyconnected to the top surface of the front part of the test piece installation tooling. The top surface of the rear part of the test piece installation tooling is fixedly connected with an induced shock wave tooling. The radius of the leading edge, the sweep back angle and the side pressure angle of the induced shock wave tooling, the angle of attack of the test piece installation tooling, the size of the included angle of the angle of attack adjusting block and the gap size between the induced shock wave tooling and the test piece are used to realize the formation of the surface flow field state of the test piece during the test. The flow guide tooling is used for guiding the low-energy fluid of a boundary layer affected by the cooling of the nozzle. According to the invention, the simulation of a local high-state thermal environment by a small power wind tunnel can be achieved.

The rocking table assembly comprises a rocking table support, a tool holder transmission mechanism, a rocking table drum wheel, a tool holder device, a stroke adjusting mechanism, a gear shaping cutter movement main shaft servo motor, a rocking table rotating servo motor and a rocking table rotating worm gear and worm mechanism connected with the rocking table rotating servo motor and is characterized in that the tool holder device comprises a tool holder base, a ram, a tool base support, a tool base, a tool back-off movement adjusting device, a gear angle adjusting mechanism, a gear shaping tool, a tool height adjusting mechanism and a pressure angle adjusting mechanism.
