Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a gear train giving a longitudinally elongated orbit of a claw tip by using a sun gear, intermediate gears and a final gear each having non-circular form an specifying the tooth profile, cutter pressure angle of the profile and addendum of each gear. CONSTITUTION:A final gear 20 is fixed to a supporting shaft of a transplantation claw-supporting case. Intermediate gears 22, 23 are integrally fixed to the intermediate shaft between the final gear 20 and a sun gear 11. The gears 11, 22, 23 and 20 are non-circular gears having the same teeth number and same module and the bottom of each gear is formed in the form of a curve having connectively varying radius of curvature. The cutter pressure angle of the profile and the addendum of the gear are designed in such a manner as to closely approach the engagement action line A of the engaging part of each gear to the curve of the gear bottom or passing through said curve.

Abstract: The invention discloses a calculation method for the instantaneous speed of a meshing point of a rigid wheel and a flexible wheel of a harmonic reducer. The instantaneous speed of the meshing point of the rigid wheel and the flexible wheel of the harmonic reducer is a vector synthesized by four speeds; and the four speeds can be expressed through rotating angular speeds of a wave generator. In order to improve the meshing quality of the rigid wheel and the flexible wheel of the harmonic reducer, through analyzing a mathematic model of a displacement expression in a harmonic reducer flexible wheel enveloping process, analyzing a conjugated enveloping theory of the rigid wheel and the flexible wheel of the harmonic reducer, mathematically deriving instantaneous displacements in different directions and superimposing geometric characteristics and the vector, a mathematic model for magnitudes or directions of speeds of the meshing point of the harmonic reducer under different position and rotating angle states is obtained, and a theoretical basis is laid for representing a pressure angle of the harmonic reducer and improving the transmission efficiency.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To machine stepped gears without changeovers by using a mechanism to reciprocate a change gear on the cutter shaft side between multi-stage gear trains, a mechanism to adjust cutter infeed stopping positions and a mechanism to adjust the starting position of cutter reciprocations. CONSTITUTION:Two change ger trains (5,7) and (6,8) to rotate a cutter shaft 9 and a work holding rotating shaft 10 synchronously are provided. A cylinder 11 to reciprocate a change gear 4 on the side of the cutter shaft between the two gear trains is provide. Further, a mechanism to adjut positions to stop cutter infeeds and a mechanism to adjust positions to start cutter reciprocations are provided to gear-cut stepped gears without changeovers. By so constructing a cutting device, stepped gears having gears of the same pitch, helix angle and pressure angle, different numbers of teeth, expecially clustr gears used for automobile transmissions can be gear-cut without changeovers.

Abstract: The utility model discloses an involute spline type gear. The surface of the gear is identical to that of an involute spline, the thickness of the gear is equal to the length of an involute spline shaft, a shaft hole is disposed in the center of the gear, a key groove is arranged inside the shaft hole, and teeth on the gear are oblique teeth or spiral teeth. The teeth of the involute spline type gear has radial force when bearing a load and can realize an automatic centering function, roots of the teeth are thicker so as to be favorable for uniform stress on the teeth, the involute spline type gear is high in strength, long in service life, compact in structure, light in weight and high in starting bearing capacity, a pressure angle of the involute spline type gear can be selectively 30 degrees, 37 degrees, 5 degrees, 45 degrees and the like, and the minimum number of the teeth can be less than 17. Accordingly, the involute spline type gear has certain advantages when applied to a speed reducer, and processing cost of the involute spline type gear is not evidently increased.
