Abstract: According to the special technology requirement of conjugate cam beating-up mechanism, this study introduce the motion law which acceleration curve is a combination of trigonometric functions and linear to mathematical model of cam pressure angle. With the help of computer software MATLAB programming, more detailed analysis and study on this motion law property were given and the variables great impact on the performance of beat-up motion were demonstrated clearly.

Abstract: The invention discloses a measuring tool and a measuring method. The measuring tool includes a first tooth pitch plate and a second tooth pitch plate. The first tooth pitch plate includes a first measuring portion and an elongated first connecting portion. A bottom edge of the first measuring portion is configured to contact with a first tooth surface of a first tooth of a to-be-tested rack, and an included angle between the first measuring portion and the first connecting portion is equal to twice the theoretical pressure angle of the to-be-tested rack. The second tooth pitch plate includes asecond measuring portion and an elongated second connecting portion, the second measuring portion is arranged in parallel with the first measuring portion, a bottom edge of the second measuring portion is configured to be opposite to a first tooth surface of a second tooth of the to-be-tested rack, an included angle between the second measurement portion and the second connecting portion is equalto the theoretical pressure angle, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are in movable connection along the length direction of the first connecting portion. With this measuring tool, the pressure angle deviation of the to-be-tested rack can be obtained.
