Abstract: The invention relates to a robot joint precision transmission gear structure, which comprises an external gear (1) and an internal gear (2). A gear shape of the external gear (1) is formed by a logarithmic spiral gear profile and a transitional gear profile, a gear profile of the internal gear (2) and the gear profile of the external gear (1) form a conjugate profile, and a pair of internal gearing gear pair is formed through a conjugate design. According to the robot joint precision transmission gear structure provided by the invention, on the premise of ensuring the secure implementation of gear profile force transfer, a flexible small pressure angle design is carried out on the gear shape of the gear profile, so that the radial force component is reduced, the drive force component is improved, and the aim of precise, efficient and long-service transmission is achieved.

Abstract: In this paper, a parametric cubic spline function for generating gear profile is proposed. The spline function includes new gear design parameters such as pressure angle, number of teeth, module, and tooth tip circle modification. The proposed geometry can improve corner filling condition. Finally, the simulation software DEFORM is used to simulate the cold forging process of the micro-gears with different profiles.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of aircraft engines, particularly to a rotation speed cam for a main pump of an aircraft engine, and is suitable for manufacturing and repairing aircraft engine main pumps. The rotation speed cam for the main pump consists of a rotation speed cam and a shaft, wherein the rotation speed cam is connected with an engine throttle lever through the shaft and is linked with the throttle lever; the radius of base circle of the rotation speed cam varies with the change of the angle of the throttle lever. Through the rotation speed cam for the main pump, the radius of base circle and the allowable pressure angle are increased; the corresponding radius of base circle is continuously increased with increase of the allowable pressure angle; the rotation speed cam for the main pump solves the problem of spare parts, develops a novel design idea and achieves a good effect.

The special gear comprises a circular gear body, and engaging teeth which are uniformly arranged at the peripheral edge of the circular gear body, and is characterized in that the tooth profile of the gear is an involute, the pressure angle is 25-35 degrees, the tip clearance coefficient is 0.001-0.2, the modification coefficient ranges from -0.5 to -0.2, the addendum coefficient is 0.4-0.7 and the tooth height is 2mm-5mm. According to the special gear, a traditional mechanical gear design manner is changed and a traditional gear computational formula is released to obtain an involute gear with the large pressure angle, large modification coefficient and ultra-short-gear involute; the gear strength can be improved without extra heat treatment and the gear can be effectively prevented from being broken. In actual application, when the two gears are engaged, the tolerance gap between the involute and the fitting part of the gears is small and a side clearance is basically not formed.
