TL;DR: In this paper, the electroweak form factors of the nucleon as obtained within a three flavor pseudoscalar vector meson soliton model were employed to predict the ratio of the proton and neutron yields from quasi-elastic neutrino reactions.
Abstract: The electroweak form factors of the nucleon as obtained within a three flavor pseudoscalar vector meson soliton model are employed to predict the ratio of the proton and neutron yields from $^{12}C$, which are induced by quasi-elastic neutrino reactions. These predictions are found to vary only moderately in the parameter space allowed by the model. The antineutrino flux of the up-coming experiment determining this ratio was previously overestimated. The corresponding correction is shown to have only a small effect on the predicted ratio. However, it is found that the experimental result for the ratio crucially depends on an accurate measurement of the energy of the knocked out nucleon.

TL;DR: The Constituent Quark Model has provided a remarkable description of the experimentally observed hadron spectrum but still has no firm theoretical basis as discussed by the authors, and there is no formal QCD justification.
Abstract: The Constituent Quark Model has provided a remarkable description of the experimentally observed hadron spectrum but still has no firm theoretical basis. Attempts to provide a QCD justification discussed at Hadron99 include QCD Sum Rules, instantons, relativistic potential models and the lattice. Phenomenological analyses to clarify outstanding problems like the nature of the scalar and pseudoscalar mesons and the low branching ratio for $\psi' \to \rho-\pi$ were presented. New experimental puzzles include the observation of $\bar p p \to \phi \pi$.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used triangle quark loops of anomalous type to calculate the radiative decays of pseudoscalar and vector mesons in frames of chiral Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) model.
Abstract: Radiative decays of pseudoscalar and vector mesons are calculated in frames of chiral Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) model. We use triangle quark loops of anomalous type. During the evaluation of this loop integrals we used two methods. In first one we neglect the dependence of external momenta. In that case we reproduce the Wess-Zumino-Witten terms of effective chiral meson lagrangian. In the second method we take into account the momenta dependence of loop integrals omitting their imaginary part. That lets us to take into account quark confinement. The application of both methods are in qualitative agreement with each other and with experimental data. Second method allows us to describe the electron-positron annihilation with production pseudoscalar and vector mesons in center of mass energy range from 1 to 5 GeV. The comparison with the recent experimental data are presented.

TL;DR: In this article, a constituent model for pseudoscalar mesons containing quarks and gluons is presented, and the results indicate that the mesons may be understood as a mixture of a q q -state and an hermaphrodite, i.e. a state q q g.

TL;DR: In this article, the mass spectra of charmonium were computed by solving the Dirac equation and the results have been compared with experimental results with other available theoretical results with the inclusion of QCD correction.
Abstract: In this paper we have computed mass spectra of charmonium by solving the Dirac equation. The results have been compared with experimental results with other available theoretical results. Spin spin interactions are also incorporated in the calculation of pseudoscalar masses of charmonium. With the help of three parameters this model generates S-wave masses of the charmonium. In present study we have computed the digamma decay width for charmonium with the inclusion of QCD correction.
