TL;DR: In this paper, the authors showed that for non-zero radii spheres over finite fields, the extension conjecture can be solved in polynomial time, and they also obtained the sharp $Lp\to L^4$ extension estimate.
Abstract: In this paper, we solve completely the $L^2\to L^r$ extension conjecture for the zero radius sphere over finite fields. We also obtain the sharp $L^p\to L^4$ extension estimate for non-zero radii spheres over finite fields, which improves significantly the previous result of the first and second listed authors.

TL;DR: In this article, the InAs/AlSb/GaSb shells of curvature radius 10 µm were fabricated on GaSb (1 µm) substrates.
Abstract: Conducting InAs/AlSb/GaSb shells of curvature radius ~10 µm are fabricated on GaSb (1 0 0) substrates. In the InAs quantum well, the shells are shown to contain a two-dimensional electron gas. Controlled tuning of the curvature of the formed shells in excess of three times is demonstrated. The sequence of fabrication steps for forming curvature-tuned InAs-based shells with quantum well is described.

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that a space-time with collisionless matter evolving from data on a compact Cauchy surface with hyperbolic symmetry can be globally covered by compact hypersurfaces on which the mean curvature is constant and by compact HSSs on which area radius is constant.
Abstract: It is shown that a spacetime with collisionless matter evolving from data on a compact Cauchy surface with hyperbolic symmetry can be globally covered by compact hypersurfaces on which the mean curvature is constant and by compact hypersurfaces on which the area radius is constant. Results for the related cases of spherical and plane symmetry are reviewed and extended. The prospects of using the global time coordinates obtained in this way to investigate the global geometry of the spacetimes concerned are discussed.

TL;DR: In this paper, the steady motion of a line of rigid spherical particles in a thin elastic shell of smaller diameter is considered, and Coulomb's law of friction is assumed to hold on the contact surface between the spheres and the shell.
