Abstract: An air-conditioning circuit of the type comprising a compressor (10), a condenser (12), a pressure reducer (14) and an evaporator (16) which can be flowed through by a cold fluid, is described. The condenser comprises a first outlet (26) that is connected with a first branch (28) of an internal heat exchanger (30) and a second outlet (32) that is connected via a second pressure reducer with a second branch of the internal heat exchanger. The second branch of the internal heat exchanger is connected downstream of the compressor. The condenser, the internal heat exchanger and the second pressure reducer are designed in the form of a one-piece module (20) which can be installed in the circuit.

Abstract: A pipe bending machine accurately controlling bent angle of material pipes includes a base, a material feeding device fixed on the base, an arm-turning shaft fixed in front of the base, a bending mold fixed on the arm-turning shaft, a turning arm rotated by a transmitting device. The turning arm has a clamp mold fixed thereon for clamping a material pipe with help of the bending mold. The transmitting device includes a threaded rod rotated by a motor, a threaded nut screwing with the threaded rod and connected with a pull block, and an interactive device positioned between the pull block and arm-turning shaft. Rotation force of the motor is converted into straight pushing force by means of the threaded rod and the threaded nut. At this time, counter pressure of the ball threaded rod can easily reach zero, so even if a speed reducer of high counter-pressure is provided, the threaded rod can reduce largely the counter-pressure of the speed reducer because of the counter-pressure produced before the threaded rod changes speed. Then the pipe bending machine can accurately bends pipes with high speed.

Abstract: The utility model belongs to an oil and liquid lubricating device for a gear speed reducer of an electric wheel hub of an electric bicycle. The utility model is characterized in that a sealing cavity, which is accommodated with a two-stage speed-reducing driving member of a gear, is arranged in an electric wheel hub and is composed of a front cover of a motor, an oil sealing ring, a gear box cover, a right half-axle assembly, a gear sleeve, a double-face sealing bearing, a plurality of standard and firm members, an oil sealing member, etc. The upper part of the cavity is provided with screw holes used for cleaning and feeding (change) oil, and proper lubricating oil is injected into the cavity. The oil and liquid lubricating device uses an oil-bath lubrication method, and realizes splash lubrication by gear transmission. Thus, the utility model can overcome the defect of the existing device with grease lubrication, avoid dry friction and improve the lubricating condition of the gear transmission with heavy load.

Abstract: A micro-reducer, which is characterized by its smaller size, higher reduction ratio and higher reliability, has been successfully developed. To improve the mechanical interface (microscopic design and tribology) of such a micro-mechanism, the configuration, materials, fabrication and surface modification were investigated. The internal energy dissipation of the micro-reducer with two types of bearings and lubrications was measured. Finally the developed micro-reducer, which comprises a 3K-type mechanical paradox planetary gear reduction system and simple gear trains, with oil-lubricated rolling bearing and raw gears was observed to have sufficient performance after 5,000,000 rotations.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a wide range azimuth (AZ) driving system for an antenna which has a simple structure and enables costs to be lowered and a producing time to be short. A first worm reducer which is connected to a worm shaft of a motor and a second worm reducer which is intermittently driven by the worm shaft and a clutch are provided, and gears of the two worm reducers engage with a large gear which is arranged to an antenna yoke. Further, one motor can arbitrarily control backlash and both wide range driving at a high speed and tracking driving with high precision are simultaneously possible by properly controlling the clutch and the motor.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of absorbing vibration of a structure having the plural resonance peaks with the single unit constitution. SOLUTION: A dynamic vibration reducer is constituted in the structure 11 being a vibration control object by rockingly supporting movable mass 21 by a spring member 31. An actuator 41 for vibrating and driving the movable mass 21 to the structure 11 is arranged between the structure 11 and the movable mass 21, and the actuator 41 is driven via a control device 71 on the basis of the vibration of the structure 11 detected by a vibration detector 61 arranged in the structure 11 to constitute an active mass damper. A resonance frequency of the dynamic vibration reducer is adjusted so as to coincide with a first resonance frequency of the structure 11, and the active mass damper is constituted so as to efficiently act in a second resonance frequency band of the structure 11.

Abstract: This paper describes the dynamic characteristics and precision rotational positioning of the mechanism with a harmonic speed reducer. The harmonic speed reducer is the reduction gear that is often used for precision robots because they can be made very compact and lightweight without backlash. However they have the friction and the low stiffness which make the positioning performance low. The purpose of this research is to clarify the suitable control method for the rotational positioning mechanism with the reduction gear and to realize high speed and high precision rotational positioning over a wide range. For this purpose, first, the characteristics of the mechanism are examined experimentally. The experimental results show that the mechanism can be represented by two kinds of models, those are micro and macro dynamic models. Then, by using the controller including a disturbance observer, the mechanism has the positioning accuracy better than 1" on the working range more than 4.0×105"

The system has a heat pump circuit with a compressor (4), a heat exchanger (5), a pressure reducer (6) and a second heat exchanger (7) connected together by a ring path, a defrost control unit for defrosting the second heat exchanger by controlling the opening of the pressure reducer, a reservoir container (2) for liquid heated in a normal mode, a circulating pipe (17,18) for the liquid in the reservoir container passing through the first heat exchanger and a pump (3) for circulating the liquid. The degree of opening of the pressure reducer in defrost mode is controlled so that it is greater than in normal mode and the control unit stops the pump in defrost mode.

SOLUTION: This rotating and driving device 1, which is a device for rotating and driving a photoreceptor drum of a full-color image-forming device, is provided with a stepping motor 2, the elastic body speed reducer 3, and feedback control means 40, 41, 42, 43. The speed reducer 3, a device that includes a torque-transmitting part that transmits torque by frictional contact of an elastic body but not including a torque-transmitting part by gears, reduces the revolutions of a motor and outputs them to the photoreceptor drum. The feedback control means detects the output rotational speed of the speed reducer 3, to obtain a difference value from a target speed to directly control the rotational speed of the motor by giving a speed command signal to the motor based on the difference value.

SOLUTION: In dehumidifying operation (or cooling operation) of the air conditioner formed that an indoor heat exchanger for an air conditioner is divided into three heat exchangers and first and second pressure reducers are situated on respective pipes to interconnect in series the division heat exchangers, in case of a difference between a room temperature Tr and a set temperature Tr being high, advance from a step ST1 to a step ST2 is effected and an outdoor pressure reducer between an outdoor heat exchanger and an indoor heat exchanger is throttled and the first and second pressure reducers are brought into a full opening state and their indoor heat exchangers all form an vaporizer. When the more a difference between the room temperature Tr and the set temperature Tr is lower, advance from a step ST3 to a step ST4 is effected, all of outdoor pressure reducers are brought into a full opening state and the first pressure reducer is throttled to a given value, the second pressure reducer is brought into a full opening state and a part of the indoor heat exchangers form a condenser, and a ratio of their vaporizers is increased. Further, advance from the ST3 to a ST5 is effected, the outdoor pressure reducer is brought into a full opening state and the first pressure reducer is brought into a full opening state. The second pressure reducer is throttled to a given value and a ratio of the condensers of the indoor heat exchangers is increased.

SOLUTION: A braking means 27 for imparting a braking force to a permanent magnet 22 that is the rotation part of a drive motor 23 is housed between a substantially cylindrical intermediate member 26 spline-connected to multiple ends of an input shaft 21 and the drive motor 23 or in the radial inside of the drive motor 23 through the intermediate member 26, the input shaft 21 and a rotator 19. When the braking means 27 is housed in the radial inside of the cylindrical drive motor 23, the drive motor 23 is radially superposed on the braking means 27, a hoisting machine 11 is shortened by the axial length portion of the braking means 27 and thinned. Further, when a center crank type speed reducer 20 is adapted, the coaxial arrangement of the speed reducer 20 and the drive motor 23 can be facilitated.
