Abstract: The present invention includes a rod link reducer of a spinal fixation system that includes a first and a second spinal rod manipulator; a first spinal rod manipulator joint connected to the first spinal rod manipulator and a second spinal rod manipulator joint connected to the second spinal rod manipulator; a first and a second translatable transverse shaft connected to the first and second joints, respectively; and a universal reducer connected to both the first and second translatable transverse shafts, wherein the universal reducer, the shafts and the linkers provide movement and temporary fixation of a spine that has been manipulated into a final position during spinal surgery.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine in which the possibility of thermal damage of an injector is lowered and a reducer injected from the injector is mixed and dispersed in exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine comprises a reduction catalyst disposed in the exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine, and a reducer injection part for injecting the reducer in the exhaust passage on the upstream side of the reduction catalyst. The reducer injection part is connected to the exhaust passage through a connection pipe. The reducer injection part comprises the injector having a single nozzle hole. The mechanical part comprises an X guide rail arranged on a bottom plate, and the guide rail is provided with a first servo motor, a follower speed reducer, a loading component, a first torque sensor, an angle encoder, a first connecting shaft, a detected harmonic speed reducer, a second connecting shaft, a rotary encoder, a second torque sensor and a second servo motor which are coaxially connected in turn through a bracket; the electric control part comprises an industrial control computer, and a motion control card, a data acquisition card and a counting card which are inserted in a PCI clamping groove; the motion control card is connected with the first servo motor and the second servo motor in a control mode through a control circuit, a first servo controller and a second servo controller respectively; the data acquisition card is connected with the first torque sensor and the second torque sensor through signals; and the angle of the counting card is connected with the rotary encoder through signals. The system has the characteristics of high test precision, wide test range, high running automation degree, and the like.

Abstract: The invention specifically relates to a mass tuned vibration reducer used for controlling the vibration of an aerobridge in the airport, a large-span pedestrian bridge, a port trestle, high-rise buildings and the related structures. The mass tuned vibration reducer comprises a mass block, a spring, a damper and a base; wherein, the spring can be a spiral spring, a disc spring or a plate spring, and the end part of the spring is provided with a rigidity regulating device. The mass tuned vibration reducer can successfully realize the regulation on the natural frequency of a TMD system under the condition of needing not to assemble and disassemble the TMD since the end part of the spring is provided with the rigidity regulating device, so as to simplify the difficulty of regulation work, avoid the waste of manpower and materials and greatly reduce the construction cost. Meanwhile, the natural frequency and the damping of the system can be regulated in an optimized way under the condition of needing not to assemble and disassemble the TMD, thereby better exerting the vibration absorption performance of the mass tuned vibration reducer, ensuring safety and stableness of the pedestrians and vehicles on the large-span bridge and the thin and high building, contributing to prolonging the service lives of the thin and high building and the bridge, and having remarkable economic and social benefits.

The composite rotating head of axles A and B comprises an A axle motor, a B axle motor, a connecting plate of axles A and B and a movable seat, wherein the A axle motor is fixedly connected to a transition plate of the Z-axle transmission mechanism through an A axle speed reducer of the A axle motor, and the output shaft of the A axle speed reducer is connected with the connecting plate of axles A and B; and the B axle motor is fixed on the connecting plate of axles A and B through a B axle speed reducer of the B axle motor, the output shaft of the B axle speed reducer is connected with the movable seat, the cutting head is clipped on the movable seat, the X-axle, the Y-axle, the Z-axle, the A axle and the B axle are interlocked under a main programmable digital controller to control the cutting head to incline in any direction, and the cut bevel edge generated after water jet cutting is filled up. The water jet cutting machine has high automation and cutting efficiency, effectively overcomes the problems of water jet lag and cut bevel edge of the traditional water jet cutting machine and has high cutting precision.

The experiment table is characterized in that a Y guide rail perpendicular to the X guide rail is arranged on the bottom plate; when the detected harmonic reducer is a right-angled reducer, a second angle measuring device is arranged on the Y guide rail and is axially connected with a second torque sensor; and the second torque sensor is axially connected with a second servo motor. The experiment table has the advantages of good universality and capability of completing the task of testing the dynamic characteristics of a plurality of detected harmonic reducers on one experimental device.

The invention leads a system to have better impact and shock resistance property, is more suitable to the industry control environment; the load position detection sensor, the reducer, the motor, and the like are integrated; the backlash nonlinearity is effectively inhibited by a position controller, a speed controller and a current controller, and the system precision is improved.

Abstract: The Umbrella Semi-Trailer Drag Reducer is a device that reduces tractor-trailer aerodynamic drag, saving energy and reducing fuel consumption. The design includes a number of features similar to an umbrella, including flexible skin, metal ribs, quick-acting deployment, and compact stowage. The Umbrella Semi-Trailer Drag Reducer is designed to minimize installed cost, be robust and vandal resistant, and reduce the time needed for deployment to only a few seconds. The design includes two independent, paraboloid, mirrored halves, one mounted to each door. The bottom of each mirrored half is open, with a profile similar to one quadrant of an umbrella. Wide-throw hinges accommodate the collapsed stowed drag reducer. Turnbuckles maintain taught skin. The design allows easy retrofit for most existing semi-trailers. The drag reducer is mounted high above the road surface, with no part protruding beyond the top or sides of the semi-trailer.

SOLUTION: In the vehicle, the torque tube 13 of a cylindrical shape having high rigidity is provided in the form that it connects a speed reducer 12 to a trans-axle 14 and vibration is transmitted from the speed reducer 12, a transmission 17 and a differential device internally attached to the trans-axle 14. Further, the torque tube 13 is installed between respective sections S1-S3 divided by two bearings 23 installed in order to retain the shaft 25 in the cylinder in the form that vibration suppression members 31, 33, 32 having high rigidity respectively is internally contacted. The full-automatic hydraulic hacking machine drives the walking device by utilizing the speed reducer and the chain wheel, so as to lead the staying position to be more exact and reliable. The rotation adopts the large-sized pivoting support, and the hydraulic system adopts the central pivoting joint, so that a fixture device can rotate at 360 DEG, the installation and connection of a pipeline system is reliable as well as convenient, and the rotation is not limited by an oil pipe. Abstract: A multifunctional dynamic precision test system is characterized in that a servo motor is arranged, an output shaft of a speed reducer is connected with a rolling ball screw rod by a corrugated pipe coupling, a workbench capable of axially sliding along a straight line guide rail is fixedly connected with a nut of the rolling ball screw rod, and the workbench is supported by the straight line guide rail arranged at two sides of the rolling ball screw rod. each arranged measuring mechanism includes a built-in incremental encoder in the servo motor, circular grating encoder for measuring corner of the speed reducer, and a rolling type grating line displacement sensor for measuring displacement of the workbench. A multi-path signal data acquisition card is arranged, and detection signal of each measuring mechanism is synchronously displayed on a PC machine by the multi-path signal data acquisition card. The invention is used for researching theories such as whole system dynamic error, precision loss, error decomposition and affiliation of the dynamic system, and provides means for researching dynamic precision characteristic of dynamic system and related analysis.

Abstract: The invention relates to a production technology of a speed reducer output shaft, comprising the following steps: a. purchasing raw materials: b. baiting; c. heating; d. drawing out, rounding and shaping on an air hammer; e. performing closed die forging on a friction press; f. forging and residual heat quenching; g. tempering; h. machine processing; and i. obtaining the finished products. The invention uses the closed die forging and forging residual heat treatment production methods to replace the air hammer embryolemma forging speed reducer output shafts and common tempering heat treatment so as to improve the product quality and the production efficiency; the production cost of the speed reducer output shaft per ton is 700-900yuan lowered than the existing technology.
