Abstract: An object of the invention is to always maintain an outer pin holder and a housing in a speed reducer section at their predetermined positions, to prevent damage to such components as revolving members, outer circumferential engagers, and motion conversion mechanism upon a large axial load due to turning or sudden acceleration/deceleration, etc., and to eliminate rattling noise caused by the housing and the outer pin holder. A casing immobilizing member which is fixed to an inner surface of a speed reducer section casing and a housing immobilizing member which is fixed to an outer surface of a speed reducer section housing are provided between the speed reducer section casing and the speed reducer section housing. The casing immobilizing member and the housing immobilizing member are bonded with each other via a rubber member.

Abstract: The syngas chemical looping process co-produces hydrogen and electricity from syngas through the cyclic reduction and regeneration of an iron oxide based oxygen carrier. In this article, the reducer, which reduces the oxygen carrier with syngas, is investigated through thermodynamic analysis, experiments, and ASPEN Plus® simulation. The thermodynamic analysis indicates that the countercurrent moving-bed reducer offers better gas and solids conversions when compared to the fluidized-bed reducer. The reducer is continuously operated for 15 h in a bench scale moving-bed reactor. A syngas conversion in excess of 99.5% and an oxygen carrier conversion of nearly 50% are obtained. An ASPEN Plus® model is developed which simulates the reducer performance. The results of simulation are consistent with those obtained from both the thermodynamic analysis and experiments. Both the experiments and simulation indicate that the proposed SCL reducer concept is feasible. © 2009 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2010

The rotor blade further defines a span and a chord. The rotor blade assembly further includes a noise reducer configured on the rotor blade. The noise reducer includes a plurality of rods each having a body extending between a first end and a second end. The body of each of the plurality of rods contacts and extends parallel to the body of a neighboring rod of the plurality of rods when the noise reducer is in a stable position.

The reciprocating rotary spray gun which consists of a motor, a speed reducer, an incomplete (semi-circular) gear transmission mechanism and spray nozzles can realize reciprocating rotation of 180 degrees and resolves sealing difficulty of the existing forced rotary spray gun. The camera is used for observing scaling and scale cleaning degree ofpipes. The position sensor is used for recoding position of the robot in pipes. The pipe scale removal robot is simple in structure and high in practicability and used for removing scale of dust conveying pipes of coal-fired power plants, gas pipes and natural gas pipes or other water delivery pipes.

The speed reducer is characterized in that:(1) an internal hole of an eccentric sleeve is levorotation multi-headed internal thread that is connected with levorotation multi-headed external thread on an input shaft; the input shaft is sequentially provided with a retaining ring, a disc-shaped spring, a cycloidal gear, a spacing ring, a cycloidal gear, a disc-shaped spring and a retaining ring; the phase angle of two eccentric sleeves is staggered by 180-Delta Psi degrees; the deflection angle Delta Psi leads the teeth of the cycloidal gear to closely lean against the counter-clockwise side of the upper half area of a needle tooth pin and the teeth of the other cycloidal gear to closely lean against the clockwise side of the lower half area of the needle tooth pin; (2) the needle tooth pin is contacted with a needle tooth shell in asemi-embedded way; the needle tooth pin hole on the needle tooth shell is obtained by cutting a continuous and smooth curve through linear cutting. The speed reducer has the beneficial effects that:(1) the manufacturing cost is lower than that of RV by 80-90%; (2) the mechanical manufacturing process is simple and the high-precision machining tool is not needed; and (3) the maintenance is convenient.

Abstract: To satisfy the various demands such as no-backlash characteristic and so on, we have newly developed three types of no-backlash reducers: the cycloid ball reducer, the precession ball reducer and the reciprocating motion input type ball reducer. Especially, these reducers are developed for the robot joints. Also, these reducers are a kind of the constant velocity cam mechanisms with rolling balls; their inputs use eccentric motion, precession motion and reciprocating motion. The motion principle and the profile calculation method of each reducer are proposed, using the vector analysis.

Abstract: Since a speed reducer includes: a brake disk that is fixed to a rotation shaft of a vehicle; permanent magnets that are disposed not only oppositely relative to a principal surface of the brake disk but also circumferentially in such a manner that each magnet is magnetized in reverse polarity to adjacent ones; a rotational member that retains the permanent magnets, has a switch brake disk, and is rotatably supported by the rotation shaft; a switch brake caliper that has brake pads sandwiching the switch brake disk therebetween, and is fixed to an irrotational portion of the vehicle; and an electric linear actuator that causes the brake pads to be linearly driven by converting rotational motion of the electric motor into linear motion, the speed reducer can realize a reduction in size, and thus can be installed even in a small- to mid-size vehicle not especially equipped with a compressed air tank or the like.

Abstract: The design space of multi-stage transmissions is usually very large and heavily constrained. This places significant demands on the algorithm employed to search it, but successful optimization has the potential to yield considerably better designs than conventional heuristics, at the same time enabling a better understanding of the trade-offs between various objectives (such as service life and overall weight). Here we tackle a two-stage helical gear transmission design problem (complete with the sizing and selection of shafts, bearings, housing, etc.) using a two-phase evolutionary algorithm in a formulation that can be extended to include additional stages or different layouts.

Abstract: The invention relates to a servo reducer performance parameter testing device, which belongs to the technical field of mechatronics and relates to gear transmission measurement technology. The device comprises a mechanical part and a control part. The mechanical part comprises an alternating current servo motor, a servo reducer, a magnetic powder clutch, an angular displacement amplifier, a tested servo reducer loading station, a moment sensor and a magnetic powder brake, wherein all parts are connected by couplers. The control part comprises a magnetic powder brake controller, a moment sensor regulation circuit, a data acquisition card, an angular displacement sensor, a magnetic powder clutch controller, an industrial control computer and a motion control card. The device can test multiple performance parameters (such as moment rigidity, empty accuracy, transmission accuracy and breaking moment) of the servo reducer and is applicable to tested servo reducers of different specifications and models. The entire device has a simple structure and is convenient to use, easy to operate and high in test accuracy and efficiency.

In the production process, the continuous filtration and ion exchange technology is adopted; attributes of different impurities of the traditional urea are utilized; through continuous purification and exchange adsorption of metallic and nonmetallic ions, the common urea is subjected to vehicle-grade purification, so that the common urea is prepared into the high-purificationtail gas catalytic reducer through trough-type continuous purification and ion exchange process to ensure normal work of an SCR system. Compared with the traditional crystallization process, the production process has the advantages that: the innovative process method is adopted, chemical agents are not needed, zero emission is achieved, the production is continuous and the operation is simple. On the premise of ensuring low cost, energy conservation and environmental protection, the tail gas catalytic reducer, namely AUS32, with stable quality can be produced, and a foundation for supplying raw materials is laid for wide-range promotion of the domestic SCR system.

The double helical tooth planetary speed reducer comprises a shell, an input shaft, an output shaft, and a planetary gear pair which consists of a central gear, a planetary gear and an annular gear, and is characterized in that teeth in the central gear, the planetary gear and the annular gear of the planetary gear pair are double helical teeth; and the annular gear is formed by assembling gear rim segments which are divided into at least two segments along a circumferential direction. Due to adoption of a multi-segment sectional type annular gear structure, all kinds of problems caused by adoption of straight teeth, skewed teeth and double helical teeth of a vertical high-power speed reducer for bearing torque transmission used in a mining hoisting winch in practical production are solved. The double helical tooth planetary speed reducer is extremely suitable for the mining hoisting winch and is also suitable for all kinds of large and small engineering machinery.

Enabling the two annular gears to mesh with the first and second gears respectively avoids installation inconvenience due to phase difference between the first and second gears and eliminates interference during rotation of the two annular gears. By means of changing the number of teeth of each gear, the planetary gear speed reducer can provide a low, medium or high reduction ratio.
