Abstract: The invention discloses an integrated driving device for a new energy vehicle. Through integrated design, a driving motor, a speed reducer and a differential mechanism are integrated, a shell is shared by the driving motor, the speed reducer and the differential mechanism, a motor shaft serves as not only an output shaft of the driving motor but also an input shaft of the speed reducer, the speed reducer comprises a first-level speed reduction gear set and a second-level speed reduction gear set, a differential mechanism shell is connected with a second-level speed reduction gear, a half axle gear in the differential mechanism is coupled with a vehicle half axle spline, and therefore power generated by the integrated driving device is transmitted to wheel hubs, and the vehicle is driven to run. The integrated driving device for the new energy vehicle is compact in structure and high in integration level, the number of parts is reduced effectively, axial dimensions are shortened, the weight of an assembly is reduced, and the layout flexibility of a power system of the whole vehicle is greatly improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a measuring instrument for comprehensive performances of an RV (rot-vector) reducer and belongs to the technical field of precision testing and metering. The measuring instrument comprises two major parts, wherein a mechanical part mainly comprises a precision mounting support of the RV reducer, an input shaft system, an output shaft system, a torque motor, a shaft coupling, a torque sensor, a magnetic powder brake and a brake mounting support; a measuring and controlling part mainly comprises the torque motor, a controller, a driver, an encoder, a subdivision device, a DSI (digital speech interpolation) card, a data acquisition card and an industrial personal computer. The measuring instrument provided by the invention fills in the blank in testing tables for the comprehensive performances of the RV reducers at home and abroad, and has the advantages of reliable performances, good measurement repeability and accurate measured parameters.

Abstract: In the Map-Reduce programming model for data parallel computation, a reducer computes an output from a list of input values associated with a key. The inputs however may not arrive at a reducer in a fixed order due to non-determinism in transmitting key-value pairs over the network. This gives rise to the reducer commutativity problem, that is, is the reducer computation independent of the order of its inputs? In this paper, we study the reducer commutativity problem formally. We introduce a syntactic subset of integer programs termed integer reducers to model real-world reducers. In spite of syntactic restrictions, we show that checking commutativity of integer reducers over unbounded lists of exact integers is undecidable. It remains undecidable even with input lists of a fixed length. The problem however becomes decidable for reducers over unbounded input lists of bounded integers. We propose an efficient reduction of commutativity checking to conventional assertion checking and report experimental results using various off-the-shelf program analyzers.

Abstract: The variable axial transmission system composed of universal joint transmission shafts and a gear pair has been applied in many engineering fields. In the design of a drive system, the dynamics of the gear pair have been studied in detail. However few have paid attention to the effect on the system modal characteristics of the gear pair, arising from the universal joint transmission shafts. This work establishes a torsional vibration mathematical model of the transmission shaft, driving gear, and driven gear based on lumped masses and the main reducer system assembly of a CDV (car-based delivery vehicle) car. The model is solved by the state space method. The influence of the angle between transmission shafts and intermediate support stiffness on the vibration and noise of the main reducer is obtained and verified experimentally. A reference for the main reducer and transmission shaft design and the allied parameter matching are provided.

Abstract: A multithreaded Cilk program that is ostensibly deterministic may nevertheless behave nondeterministically due to programming errors in the code. For a Cilk program that uses reducers, a general reduction mechanism supported in various Cilk dialects, such programming errors are especially challenging to debug, because the errors can expose the nondeterminism in how the Cilk runtime system manages a reducer. We identify two unique types of races that arise from incorrect use of reducers in a Cilk program and present two algorithms to catch them. The first algorithm, called the Peer-Set algorithm, detects view-read races, which occur when the program attempts to retrieve a value out of a reducer when the read may result a nondeterministic value, such as before all previously spawned subcomputations that might update the reducer have necessarily returned. The second algorithm, called the SP+ algorithm, detects determinacy races, instances where a write to memory location occurs logically in parallel with another access to that location, even when the raced-on memory locations relate to reducers. Both algorithms are provably correct, asymptotically efficient, and can be implemented efficiently in practice. We have implemented both algorithms in our prototype race detector, Rader. When running Peer-Set, Rader incurs a geometric-mean multiplicative overhead of 2.32 over running the benchmark without instrumentation. When running SP+, Rader incurs a geometric-mean multiplicative overhead of 16.76.

Abstract: Tetralogy of Fallot is a congenital heart disease characterized over time, after the initial repair, by the absence of a functioning pulmonary valve, which causes regurgitation, and by progressive enlargement of the right ventricle outflow tract (RVOT). Due to this pathological anatomy, available transcatheter valves are usually too small to be deployed there. To avoid surgical valve replacement, an alternative consists in implanting a reducer prior to or in combination with the valve. It has been shown in animal experiments to be promising, but with some limitations. The effect of a percutaneous pulmonary valve reducer on hemodynamics in enlarged RVOT is thus studied by computational modeling. To this aim, blood flow in the RVOT is modeled with CFD coupled to a simplified valve model and 0D downstream models. Simulations are performed in an image-based geometry and boundary conditions tuned to reproduce the pathological flow without the device. Different device designs are built and compared with the initial device-free state, or with the reducer alone. Results suggest that pressure loss is higher for the reducer alone than for the full device, and that the latter successfully restores hemodynamics to a healthy state and induces a more symmetric flow in the pulmonary arteries. Moreover, pressure forces on the reducer and on the valve have the same magnitudes. Migration would occur towards the right ventricle rather than the pulmonary arteries. Results support the thesis that the reducer does not introduce clinically significant pressure gradients, as was found in animal experiments. Such study could help transfer to patients.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to assignment or generation of reducer virtual machines after the "map" phase is substantially complete in MapReduce. Instead of a priori placement, distribution of keys after the "map" phase over the mapper virtual machines can be used to efficiently reducer tasks in virtualized cloud infrastructure like OpenStack. By solving a constraint optimization problem, reducer VMs can be optimally assigned to process keys subject to certain constraints. In particular, the present disclosure describes a special variable matrix. Furthermore, the present disclosure describes several possible cost matrices for representing the costs determined based on the key distribution over the mapper VMs (and other suitable factors).

The electric automatic take-up device comprises a base plate, wherein a motor and a speed reducer are fixed above the base plate; the motor is connected with the speed reducer; the output end of the speed reducer is connected with a rotary shaft and a wire winding device and a supporting seat are arranged at the other end of the rotary shaft; the wire winding device is mounted on the rotary shaft; the rotary shaft is mounted on the supporting seat; the supporting seat is fixed on the base plate; a cable sorting device is arranged on the other side of the wire winding device; and the cable sorting device is fixedly arranged on the base plate. The electric automatic take-up device can be used for automatically winding wires and a wound wire wheel can be taken off and is convenient to move and store; furthermore, the cable sorting device is additionally arranged and can be used for sorting cables, so that the cable skins can be prevented from damaging in a take-up process.

Abstract: The invention discloses asphalt viscosity reducer and asphalt composition. The asphalt viscosity reducer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of an additive A, 1-10% of an additive B, 1-10% of kaloamine and 50-93% of an additive C. The components are uniformly mixed in a proportion, then the asphalt viscosity reducer is obtained, and the asphalt viscosity reducer is mixed with matrix asphalt to obtain the asphalt composition. The asphalt viscosity reducer has a good viscosity reduction function on asphalt, and the asphalt composition with the asphalt viscosity reducer has low high-temperature viscosity, good lubrication performance and good viscosity and ductility at 60 DEG C, meanwhile has the needle penetration and softening point the same as those of the base asphalt, and has the advantages of low production cost, simple and convenient preparation method, wide application range and the like.
