TL;DR: In this article, a ring oscillator has a multiplicity of inverters and an interconnect is connected between two of the inverters, and a storage capacitor to be measured, with its associated lead resistor, is coupled to the interconnect either via an Interconnect or a transistor can selectively coupled and decouple the capacitor and the lead resistance.
Abstract: A ring oscillator has a multiplicity of inverters. An interconnect is connected between two of the inverters, and a storage capacitor to be measured, with its associated lead resistor, is coupled to the interconnect either via an interconnect or a transistor can selectively coupled and decouple the capacitor and the lead resistance. A measuring device is connected up to the ring oscillator and is used to determine a value for the oscillation frequency of the ring oscillator on the basis of which a value for the time constant of the storage capacitor can be determined.

TL;DR: In this paper, a voltage controlled oscillator amplitude control circuit has been proposed to control the amplitude of the oscillating signal by providing a dominant pole, a filtering function, rectification, and a gain at a single node of the circuit.
Abstract: A voltage controlled oscillator amplitude control circuit has a voltage controlled oscillator circuit to output an oscillating signal having a controlled amplitude. It also has a control circuit to control the amplitude of the oscillating signal by providing a dominant pole, a filtering function, rectification, and a gain at a single node of the circuit.

TL;DR: In this paper, a simplified pulse generator for generating a train of accurately timed pulses is presented, which is accomplished using a single comparator and a single monostable multivibrator with a digitally controlled reference voltage generator.
Abstract: A compact simplified pulse generator for generating a train of accurately timed pulses. The timing or spacing between pulses can be adjusted as desired. This is accomplished using a single comparator and a single monostable multivibrator with a digitally controlled reference voltage generator.

TL;DR: In this paper, a temperature sensor that senses a temperature on the basis of a relaxation oscillator, including a bias circuit unit that outputs a bias current increasing with an increase in temperature, and a capacitor voltage unit that charges a capacitor with the bias current and discharges the current when receiving a control signal.
Abstract: A temperature sensor that senses a temperature on the basis of a relaxation oscillator, includes: a bias circuit unit that outputs a bias current increasing with an increase in temperature; a capacitor voltage unit that charges a capacitor with the bias current and discharges the current when receiving a control signal; a pulse generating unit that outputs a pulse when the voltage of the capacitor is higher than a reference voltage, changes the pulse width of the pulse, and transmits the pulse corresponding to the control signal to the capacitor voltage unit; and a counter unit that counts and outputs, as a digital value, the number of pulses outputted from the pulse generating unit, on the basis of a reference frequency.

TL;DR: In this paper, an oscillator circuit is fabricated as an integrated circuit device wherein the electromagnetic network is formed in metallization layers of the device and the secondary circuit generates an output power combining power provided from the first and second portions of the primary circuit.
Abstract: An oscillator circuit includes first and second oscillators arranged in a series configuration between a supply voltage node and a reference voltage node. The first and second oscillators are configured to receive a synchronizing signal for controlling synchronization in frequency and phase. An electromagnetic network provided to couple the first and the second oscillators includes a transformer with a primary circuit and a secondary circuit. The primary circuit includes a first portion coupled to the first oscillator and second portion coupled to the second oscillator. The first and second portions are connected by a circuit element for reuse of current between the first and second oscillators. The oscillator circuit is fabricated as an integrated circuit device wherein the electromagnetic network is formed in metallization layers of the device. The secondary circuit generates an output power combining power provided from the first and second portions of the primary circuit.
