TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the possibility of increasing the sensitivity of radiation sensors based on the field effect transistors and showed that the replacement of the resistor setting the current in the emitter circuit with a field effect transistor sensitive to radiation increases the sensor sensitivity 5-10 times.
Abstract: The possibility of increasing the sensitivity of radiation sensors based on the field effect transistors is experimentally studied. A bridge circuit connecting two transistors with positive sign of the radiation sensitivity and two transistors with negative sign of the radiation sensitivity makes it possible to increase the dependence of the output voltage in the bridge diagonal on the absorbed radiation dose by an order of magnitude. The frequency sensor-converter of radiation designed on a unijunction transistor according to the circuit of the relaxation oscillator has the minimum number of individually attached components. The replacement of the resistor setting the current in the emitter circuit with a field-effect transistor sensitive to radiation increases the sensor sensitivity 5–10 times.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used a multivibrator as voltage divider to avoid providing the battery with a tapping in case of short-circuit in incandescent lamps.
Abstract: The supply circuit for incandescent lamps in a battery-driven vehicles has the lamp (13) supplied from an astable multivibrator (10) whose duty cycle is determined by the lamp rated voltage and the supply voltage, the latter being generally greater than the lamp rated voltage. The multivibrator consists of two complementary transistors (20, 21), whose one collector is coupled over a capacitor (27) to the other transistor base. A protection circuit (14) is connected across the lamp and blocks the astable multivibrator transistors in case of a short circuit. Using a multivibrator as voltage divider avoids providing the battery with a tapping.

TL;DR: Synchronization of the van der Pol oscillator is performed by an external sinusoidal voltage source of double frequency connected is series with the power supply and the oscillator as mentioned in this paper, and the conditions and borders of synchronization are considered.
Abstract: Synchronization of the van der Pol oscillator is performed by an external sinusoidal voltage source of double frequency connected is series with the power supply and the oscillator. Modifying the oscillator effective supply voltage, this source modifies the coefficients of the van der Pol oscillator differential equation, and synchronizes the oscillator. The conditions and borders of synchronization are considered.

TL;DR: In this paper, the operation of a MOS RLC-oscillator is considered, and it is shown that it can be described by the van der Pol model, and the transformation of time scale to the oscillator intrinsic time allows one to use the previously obtained results for harmonic content of the van Der Pol model.
Abstract: Operation of a MOS RLC-oscillator is considered, and it is shown that it can be described by the van der Pol model. The transformation of time scale to the oscillator intrinsic time allows one to use the previously obtained results for harmonic content of the van der Pol model. One can calculate the total harmonic distortions and use it to design an oscillator with required level of them. The correction of frequency in case of strongly distorted oscillations is also given. The results are verified by design and simulation of an RLC-oscillator for realization in 130 nanometer technology for communications in wireless test systems.
