TL;DR: In this article, a pure electrical device with an alternating current fuse burnout blinking indication pipe is presented, in which a longstrip-shaped circuit board is arranged inside a transparent plastic pipe, and the circuit board and the pipe have the same length, with rectification diode for rectification, connected with a resistor in series for voltage reduction and current limitation.
Abstract: The invention provides a pure electrical device alternating current fuse burnout blinking indication pipe. Two ends of an alternating current fuse in each electric device free of a switch power are respectively connected with a blinking indication device in parallel, namely a long-strip-shaped circuit board is arranged inside a transparent plastic pipe, the circuit board and the transparent plastic pipe have the same length, and the circuit board is provided with a rectification diode for rectification, connected with a resistor in series for voltage reduction and current limitation, and connected with a relaxation oscillator in series, wherein a capacitor is connected with a double-direction trigger diode in parallel, and connected with a blue light emitting diode in series to constitute the relaxation oscillator. The width of the circuit board is equal to the internal diameter of the transparent plastic pipe, the height of each element of the circuit board does not exceed the internal radius of the transparent plastic pipe, the circuit board is led out through two conductive wires to be connected with two ends of the alternating current fuse in parallel, and when the fuse is burned out, blinking indication signals are emitted.

TL;DR: In this article, an equivalent circuit is developed for the switching lateral transistor and is used to predict transistor behavior, and the effect of manufacturing tolerances on the device switching voltage is investigated and a technique of production control is proposed.
Abstract: A switching phenomenon has been reported in certain lateral geometry transistors in silicon integrated circuits. These devices switch between conducting and nonconducting states at a critical value of V CE . A hypothesis for the mechanism has been proposed. In this paper an equivalent circuit is developed for the switching lateral transistor and is used to predict transistor behavior. The effect of manufacturing tolerances on the device switching voltage is investigated and a technique of production control is proposed. Circuits using the device are described in which the circuit switching voltage may be varied over a wide range. Some applications of the switching lateral transistor, as an overvoltage protection circuit and a relaxation oscillator, are described.

TL;DR: In this paper, a magnetometer for measuring a magnetic field has a relaxation oscillator circuit and a measurement element for providing a signal representing the magnitude of the magnetic field, and the magnetometer will have no output drift when no field is applied.
Abstract: A magnetometer for measuring a magnetic field has a relaxation oscillator circuit and a measurement element for providing a signalrepresenting the magnitude of the magnetic field. The oscillator includes a sensor having a coil (13) for controlling the period of the oscillator circuit, and the coil having first and second terminals. The oscillator also includes a first resistor (15) coupled to the first terminal and a second resistor (17) coupled to the second terminal. The oscillator also includes a switching element (19) coupled to the first and second terminals and to the input terminal of a driver element (11) for coupling the input terminal alternately to the first and second terminals. A gate element (21) shunts the first resistor to a DC potential when the switching element couples the input terminal of the driver element to the second terminal, and vice versa. the magnetometer will have no output drift when no field is applied.
