TL;DR: In this paper, an integrated circuit relaxation oscillator with all NPN transistors includes three interconnected differential transistor pairs with an externally connected parallel R-C timing circuit, each of the transistor pairs has a separate current source that compensates for temperature changes in the components of the corresponding transistor-pair circuits.

12 Aug 1990TL;DR: In this article, a coupled system of a binary input-output version of relaxation oscillators is considered, and the circuit dynamics is described by n-dimensional linear equations which are connected to each other by hysteresis switchings.
Abstract: Consideration is given to a coupled system of a binary input-output version of relaxation oscillators. If the number of the oscillators is n, the circuit dynamics is described by n-dimensional linear equations which are connected to each other by hysteresis switchings, and the switching time is given explicitly. In the case of n=2, a one-dimensional return map can be obtained explicitly. It is clarified rigorously that the system exhibits various synchronous and asynchronous phenomena which correspond to all real numbers in an interval. In the case of n=3, it is verified numerically that the system exhibits more complicated synchronous and asynchronous phenomena. The approach seems to be developed toward multi-coupled cases. >

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the dependence of the electric strength of solid dielectrics on the frequency is determined by the corresponding dependence of dielectric constant and it decreases sharply in the region of dispersion frequencies in elastic oscillations and on relaxation oscillators (in the condition ω0 = 1/τ) in relaxation oscillations.

TL;DR: In this paper, the 2nd-harmonic frequency locking range of an l.s.a.mode oscillator has been studied by computer simulation, and the results show that under certain circuit conditions the second-harmony frequency locking ranges may exceed that of the fundamemtal.
Abstract: Harmonic injection locking of an l.s.a.-mode oscillator has been studied by computer simulation. The results show that under certain circuit conditions the 2nd-harmonic frequency locking range may exceed that of the fundamemtal.
