TL;DR: In this article, the capacitive electrical momentum, Cdv/dt, is used for analysis of oscillations in a current-switching limit cycle resonant oscillator.
Abstract: The capacitive electrical momentum, Cdv/dt, is an additive quantity, and is a convenient tool for analysis of oscillations in a current-switching limit cycle resonant oscillator. The oscillator includes a parallel RLC-circuit driven by a comparator with voltage input and current output (transconductance comparator). The analysis is given for two cases. In the first case the comparator has an instant switching of current, in the second case the comparator has a finite slew rate of switching. Both steady state and transient oscillation amplitude and frequency are calculated.

TL;DR: It is discussed how a relaxation oscillator which consists of an integrator in feedback with an ideal relay-hysteresis can be approximated by a second order system.
Abstract: Classical oscillators, such as the ideal pendulum and the harmonic oscillator, can be modeled as switching systems. In these models, the switching takes place in a “graceful” fashion when the rate of displacement is zero. Such examples raise the question of whether hybrid models with such “graceful” switching can be modeled using ordinary differential equations, and of how to identify cases of hybrid systems which admit alternative classical descriptions in higher dimensions. Conversely, in a similar spirit, we discuss how a relaxation oscillator which consists of an integrator in feedback with an ideal relay-hysteresis can be approximated by a second order system.

TL;DR: In this paper, a spread spectrum clock generation apparatus using a relaxation oscillator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a discharge switch and a binary code generation part, where discharge switch discharges a capacitor when a first electrical condition is stratified on at least one capacitor which is charged by a charge current of which size is changed by the binary code of n bits.
Abstract: A spread spectrum clock generation apparatus using a relaxation oscillator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a discharge switch and a binary code generation part. The discharge switch discharges a capacitor when a first electrical condition is stratified on at least one capacitor which is charged by a charge current of which size is changed by the binary code of n bits. The binary code generation part a relaxation oscillator which generates a clock signal to generate one of falling edge or rising edge by corresponding to the first electrical condition, and a relaxation oscillator which generates a binary code of n bits to change at least one bit of the n bits, based on a clock signal.

TL;DR: In this paper, a parametric equalizer for ultrasonic transducers is described, which is suitable for use in an analogue circuit, characterised by a switching capacitor filter circuit; an oscillator wherein the oscillator controls the operation of the switching capacitance filter circuit.
Abstract: The invention relates to circuits for ultrasonic transducers. In one embodiment the invention provides a parametric equalizer, suitable for use in an analogue circuit, characterised in that the parametric equalizer comprises a switching capacitor filter circuit; an oscillator wherein the oscillator controls the operation of the switching capacitor filter circuit. The oscillator is preferably a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). In a further embodiment the invention provides a circuit for use to condition the transmission and/or reception signals of an ultrasonic transducer, comprising an equivalent inductor circuit, for example a resonator circuit, having at least one operational amplifier; and a sliding rail element coupled to the operational amplifier.
