TL;DR: In this article, the authors identified Staphylococcus xylosus strain CH1-8 as a strain that gradually degraded various types of oils, sunflower oil, palm oil, soybean oil and rice bran oil, including cooking oil.
Abstract: closely related to Staphylococcus xylosus ATCC 29971 T (99.11%), therefore it was identified as Staphylococcus xylosus. This strain gradually degraded various types of oils, sunflower oil, palm oil, soybean oil and rice bran oil, including cooking oil. During cultivation at room temperature for 35 days, lipase and biosurfactant activities of strain were 2 units/ml and 52 mN/m, respectively while the cleavage products were almost completely consumed. The maximal percentage of cooking oil hydrolysis by strain CH1-8 was 90% in the absence of NaCl and 60% in the presence of 10%, (w/v) NaCl. Therefore, the quality of wastewater from household will environmentally accepted after treated with strain CH1-8.

TL;DR: The coarse cereal nutritional rice is composed of the following raw materials: naked oat, broomcorn millet, brown rice, sorghum rice, black soya bean, wheat germ, selenium-rich black peanut, red lotus seed, tomato powder, konjak fine powder, clover powder, cistanche, lucid ganoderma, and rice bran oil.
Abstract: The invention discloses a coarse cereal nutritional rice and a preparation method thereof. The coarse cereal nutritional rice is composed of the following raw materials: naked oat, broomcorn millet, brown rice, sorghum rice, black soya bean, wheat germ, selenium-rich black peanut, red lotus seed, tomato powder, konjak fine powder, clover powder, cistanche, lucid ganoderma, and rice bran oil. The nutritional rice is mainly prepared from coarse cereals, contains a plurality of nutrients which are beneficial for the human health, and has a good taste; moreover, the consumers can eat the nutritional rice regularly, so the nutritional rice has a vast market prospect; furthermore, the preparation method is simple, and the operation is convenient.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors presented an improved version of the traditional sacha inchi oil and another edible vegetable oil consisting of one of corn oil, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, flaxseed oil, rice bran oil and olive oil, which has the basic functions of cooking dishes, but also has the healthcare function of lowering lipid, reducing blood pressure, preventing cardiovascular disease and preventing essential fatty acid deficiency.
Abstract: The invention discloses edible blend oil containing sacha inchi oil and a preparation method of the edible blend oil. The edible blend oil is mainly blended by sacha inchi oil and another edible vegetable oil consisting of one of corn oil, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, flaxseed oil, rice bran oil and olive oil. According to the edible blend oil, the problem that the proportion of the omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the existing edible vegetable oil is inappropriate is solved, and the edible vegetable oil with the optimal proportion satisfying the Chinese inhabitant health needs is provided; moreover, the edible blend oil is comprehensive in nitration and good in mouthfeel, not only has the basic functions of cooking dishes, but also has the healthcare function of lowering lipid, reducing blood pressure, preventing cardiovascular disease and preventing essential fatty acid deficiency. Besides, the blending process is reasonable and the industrial production is easy to realize.

TL;DR: Rice bran is a fertile supply of nutrients, minerals, vital fatty acids, dietary fiber, and different sterols as discussed by the authors, which is used as a food preparation oil in numerous Asian countries.
Abstract: Rice bran is fabricated from the rice milling enterprise and contains about 10% of the entire weight of rough rice. It is especially composed of aleurone, pericarp, subaleurone layer, and germ. Rice bran is a fertile supply of nutrients, minerals, vital fatty acids, dietary fiber, and different sterols. The quantification of γ-oryzanol in rice bran can be conducted by many methods that require drawing out of rice bran oil (RBO) from the bran, accompanied by way of evaluation of the quantity of γ-oryzanol in the RBO with the aid of high-performance liquid chromatography. RBO is the oil drain out of the outer rigid surface of rice called chaff (rice husk). It is identified for its excessive smoke factor of 232°C (450°F) and soft taste, making it pleasant for excessive-temperature cooking strategies such as blend and deep frying. It is healthy for human expenditure, which is employed in the system of vegetable ghee. Wax was drawn out of RBO and palpanese extract, which is employed for carnauba wax in makeup, confectionery, shoe lotions, and sharpening compounds. It is accepted as a food preparation oil in numerous Asian countries, along with Bangladesh, Japan, India, and China. Regarding the importance of RBO, this overview intends to pay attention at the phytochemistry and therapeutic functions of RBO.
