Abstract: A ring laser gyroscope (10) is described that includes at least one laser gyroscope block (12) and a dither motor (100), where the gyroscope blocks are configured to engage the dither motor. The dither motor has an outer ring (52), a hub section (54), at least one radially extending reed (106) extending between the outer ring and the hub section, and at least one piezoelectric transducer (120) attached the reed. The piezoelectric transducer includes a common piezo-ceramic (160) having a contiguous void line (154) that allows for a separate electrical connection to be made to electrode surfaces (156) on each side of the void line.

Laser gyro radiation resistance read -out system includes photoelectron bush, photoelectron, closes light prism, fresnel lens. Wherein, fresnel lens's smooth surface closes the emitting face of light prism, closes the setting of light prism on laser gyro's beat output mirror. The photoelectron passes through the photoelectron bush and sets up on fresnel lens for the photoelectron photosensitive surface is just to the fresnel lens etched surface, and fei nieer geometric centre interferes the coincidence of facula center with the laser gyro outgoing of closing light prism emitting face. The utility model discloses laser gyro radiation resistance read -out system has effectively reduced laser gyro output interference of light spot size, has reduced the photosensitive surface size of photoelectron to reduce the space irradiation sensitiveness of laser gyro read -out system, improved laser gyro's whole space flight suitability for environment.

Abstract: For realizing digitalization,integration and all-in-one for all the Laser Gyro work circuits,based on the four-frequency Laser Gyro circuits' principle,using only one DSP to accomplish the control and calculation for the high-voltage and current control,frequency control,and counter operation,the Laser Gyro digital integration circuit is realized.For long time test under the room temperature condition,the digital integration circuit performance is as follows:the current control precision of any arm can be better than 1 × 10-4,the current difference control precision of the tow arms can be better than 2 × 10-5,and the frequency control precision can be better than 2 × 10-6.The test result shows that the digital integration circuit's performance has reach that of the available circuits.The digital integration circuit is better in compatibility,anti-jamming,low-dissipation and integration.Due to all parameters of the Laser Gyro are in one processor,the Laser Gyro performance can be improved by controlling all parameters in the best state of the Laser Gyro.

Abstract: A pneumatically dithered ring laser gyroscope features providing an oscillatory motion directly to a segment of the excited gas which serves as the laser photon source. Alternately switching ionizing potential between two cathodes in appropriately designed cavities establishes desired oscillatory gas velocities to effect emitted frequencies within the gyro, thereby permitting the detection of rotational rates below the "lock-in" rate of the undithered gyro.
