Abstract: FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: method of compensating for the thermal bending and deformation of polygonal laser gyroscope monoblock optical channels is based on the installation of an optically transparent monoblock, the operating mode of which is achieved using a micro-power semiconductor laser diode equipped with, at least, one Peltier element for the thermostabilization of the radiation regime of a laser diode located inside the optical circuit, formed by a set of optical laser gyroscope channels, on a metal base with functions on a cooling radiator. At the same time, in the amount of, at least, two to the optical channel, grooves of a given depth and geometry are created in the metal base, forming convex zones in the metallic base, which are in thermal contact with the bottom surface of the polygonal monoblock relative to the local heating source - the Peltier element and provide zone equalization of the temperature gradient in the working zones, which ensures compensation of the thermal imbalance of the optical channel working zones in the amount equal to the amount of the generated convex zones. The contour of the polygonal monoblock is covered by a groove of a given depth and geometry to exclude the general influence of the metal base on the temperature distribution in the convex zones and to provide the required temperature gradient in the compensation zone with respect to the local heating source.EFFECT: compensation for thermal bending and deformation of the polygonal laser gyroscope monoblock optical channels and ensuring its operability at high and low ambient temperatures.3 dwg

Abstract: The invention discloses a high-speed data acquisition and storage device for a laser gyroscope, and the device specifically comprises an upper computer and a lower computer, and the upper computer isin communication connection with the lower computer. The lower computer is connected with a second 37-core plug in a laser gyroscope to be measured through a 37-core cable via a first 37-core plug; the lower computer is provided with a serial-to-network interface, and the serial-to-network interface is in communication connection with the upper computer through the Ethernet. According to the high-speed data acquisition and storage device for the laser gyroscope, high-speed data acquisition is conducted on the output data of the laser gyroscope without influencing normal testing, details are amplified, consulting is conducted when background data are needed and a foundation is provided for subsequent background abnormal condition rapid fault positioning.

Abstract: The invention discloses an injection method and circuit for a shaking noise of a laser gyroscope, and relates to the technical field of laser gyroscope control. According to the injection method and circuit, a pseudo-random noise and a mechanical shaking control signal are firstly generated according to a square wave signal synchronized with a shaking wheel feedback frequency, different noise proportionality coefficients are set according to different requirements of different gyroscopes for the noise proportion, the noise proportion required by the gyroscope is obtained by multiplying the pseudo-random noise by the noise proportionality coefficient, a mechanical shaking drive control signal is obtained through superposition with the mechanical shaking control signal, and an actual mechanical shaking drive value is obtained by combining a mechanical shaking feedback signal and the mechanical shaking drive control signal in order to control the shaking intensity of the shaking wheel ofthe laser gyroscope. According to the injection method, the synchronous control on the shaking of the shaking wheel of the laser gyroscope can be realized, the pseudo-random noise is injected in the same frequency and the same phase, the injection efficiency of pseudo-random noise is improved, the dynamic lock-in error is reduced, and the stability and accuracy of the gyroscope are improved.

Abstract: FIELD: measurement.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and method of processing dynamic interference pattern from output of optical mixer of ring laser gyroscope. Method includes focusing of a dynamic interference pattern with a lens in a given plane at the output of the optical channel with subsequent processing in a digital channel. In the digital channel, the dynamic state of the interference pattern is recorded using two photodetectors based on integral differential photodiodes, the photodetector regions of which form a bidirectional lateral transistor connected in a common base circuit. Differential photodiodes are located in a predetermined plane of the focusing lens at the output of the optical channel relative to the optical axis of the interference optical mixer without mutual adjustment relative to adjacent interference strips so that separation between adjacent strips of the interference pattern is ¼ of its pitch along the main operating wavelength.EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of effect of optical noise on resultant signal, removal of restrictions on mutual adjustment of photodiodes of photodetector and enabling control of sensitivity threshold of basic photodetector.1 cl, 8 dwg
