TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed an approach to reduce the performance or rotational speed of a wind power plant by using the angle of the rotor blades of the turbine blades. But the approach is restricted to a fixed number of rotor blades, and it is not based on the base of a measured wind speed.
Abstract: The performance or rotational speed of a wind power plant is reduced above a defined threshold value not on the base of a measured wind speed, but on the basis of an input quantity which is easily physically detectable by an automatic control technology and represents a good indicator for the plant charge. Said invention is characterised in that the input quantity is embodied in the form of the angle of the rotor blades in such a way that the reduction of the performance or rotational speed is adjusted when the limit value corresponding to the angle of the rotor blades is attained.

TL;DR: In this paper, a binary mixture of particles is used to investigate axial segregation in a rotating drum, and the effects of the rotational speed, the fill level, the particle size ratio and the resilience of particles on the segregated band widths are evaluated.

TL;DR: In this article, a processor system and method for providing motor excitation frequency control in a vehicle propelled by AC electric traction motors is presented, which allows for computing an excitation signal based on a sum of a signal indicative of a weighted average of an estimated rotor speed signal and a measured vehicle speed signal.
Abstract: A processor system and method are provided for providing motor excitation frequency control in a vehicle propelled by AC electric traction motors. The processor system and method allow for computing an excitation frequency signal based on a sum of i) a signal indicative of a weighted average of an estimated rotor speed signal and a measured vehicle speed signal and ii) a compensated slip command signal. Effective wheel slip control is thus provided without requiring sensors for measuring rotational speed of the traction motors.

TL;DR: In this article, a discussion on the studies and analysis of influence of engine rotational speed to the vibration penetration into the driver's feet via feet is provided, where changes of the vibration signals and its spectrums were observed in orthogonal 3 axes.
Abstract: The manuscript provides a discussion on the studies and analysis of influence of engine rotational speed to the vibration penetration into the driver via feet. For the driving safety and comfort it is very important what kind and values of vibration are transferred to car body. The motor-engine was chosen as the vibration source. The paper presents some results of investigation on influence of idle gear rotational speed of engine to the vibration registered at place for driver feet. Changes of the values of the influence of vibration on human were presented as RMS and Awmax distribution or proposed estimator of spectrum Tabs(FFT). The changes of the vibration signals and its spectrums were observed in orthogonal 3 axes. The complementary analysis was conducted as time-frequency distribution of the vibration. The experiments were conducted on the car vehicle which was placed on the special test racks. It allows to lessen the road roughens impact on the suspension and the car body.
