Abstract: The invention discloses a foaming stone insulation board and a preparation method thereof, wherein the insulation board comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 90%-97% of feldspar, 2%-8% of mineralizer and 0.4%-2% of foaming agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing and grinding materials; then adopting a silicon carbide material for manufacturing a box body saggar; coating a clay anti-cohesion layer on the inner surface of the saggar; putting the mixed materials into the saggar and foaming and sintering the mixed materials in a tunnel kiln, wherein the sintering and foaming temperature is 1200-1250 DEG C; slowly cooling the mixed materials to obtain large blocky foaming stones; and cutting and processing the foaming stones into various blocky foaming stones. The foaming stone insulation board of the invention has the chemical composition and superior properties of the feldspar, the volume density is less than that of a light-weight insulating brick, the mechanical strength is higher than that of the light-weight insulating brick, the heat-insulating property is better than that of the light-weight insulating brick, the usage temperature is higher than that of foaming glass and foaming ceramics, and the foaming stone insulation board can be used for insulation of an outer layer of high-temperature equipment such as high-temperature kiln and the like, and can obviously improve the insulation effect.

Abstract: The invention provides an alpha-alumina molding baking process, which avoids the use of a saggar in a baking process and can effectively solve the problem of high preparation cost of industrial alpha-alumina. The technical scheme adopted by the invention comprises the following steps of: pressing raw materials for baking the alpha-alumina to form raw material blocks, neatly arranging the raw material blocks on laminates of a kiln vehicle, and feeding the laminates of the kiln vehicle into a kiln for high-temperature calcination to finally obtain the alpha-alumina. Compared with the conventional process, the alpha-alumina molding baking process has remarkable energy-saving and yield-increasing advantages, and can save energy by over 60 percent, increase the yield by over 6 times and save the cost by over 30 percent; and in the process for preparing the alpha-alumina, the kiln vehicle is difficult to collapse.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process method for removing wax and glue materials in a ceramic (electronic and special ceramic) blank. According to the method provided by the invention, adsorption powder (beta-alumina powder) is added in a blank formed by hot pressure casting or injection (containing wax and organic glue) in ceramic production, then the blank is arranged in a container (special saggar), and the container is placed in a microwave kiln for heating, wherein the frequency of the microwave kiln is 900-3000MHz, the working frequency of the microwave kiln is preferably set as 915 MHz and 2450 MHz, and the heating temperature is within a range from room temperature to 1000 DEG C; and the container is cooled along with the kiln to room temperature and discharged out of the kiln, wherein the time for insulating and cooling is 15-19 hours. In the method, the special characteristics of microwave energy of the microwave kiln is utilized and the object heating time is changed, thus the de-waxing time is shortened by 35%, and the characteristics of improving effect, saving energy, improving the production quality, reducing the pollution of waste gas emission on environment and the like are achieved.
