Abstract: The invention provides a saggar for sintering of a high-nickel ternary material and a preparation method thereof. By a powder thermospraying method, the inner saggar side of the saggar that is contacted with a cathode material is sprayed with a layer of coating, so as to obtain the saggar for sintering of a high-nickel ternary material. The coating contains the following ingredients (by mass): 45-50% of LiAlO2, 45-50% of ZrO2, 0-10% of TiO2 and 0-10% of MgO, wherein particle size of LiAlO2 is 3-25 microns, particle size of ZrO2 is 5-35 microns, particle size of TiO2 is 3-25 microns, and particle size of MgO is 3-25 microns. The coating isolates the battery ternary cathode material and the saggar matrix, and excellent corrosion resistance of the coating prevents the saggar matrix from beingcorroded and then the frequency of the saggar for sintering the material is multiplied. By controlling types and particle size of the coating material, even if there is a little shedding during the later using process of the saggar, the shed impurities will not influence performance of the material when being mixed in the material. Thereby, use frequency of the saggar is increased, and service life of the saggar is furthermore prolonged and cost is reduced.

Abstract: The invention provides an iolite-mullite ceramic saggar and a preparation method thereof and relates to the field of iolite-mullite ceramic. According to the preparation method of the iolite-mullite ceramic saggar, aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40 to 55 percent of mullite, 35 to 45 percent of iolite and 10 to 15 percent of molochite; a matrix material is prepared from the following raw materials: 10 to 15 percent of iolite micro-powder, 30 to 40 percent of quartz micro-powder, 20 to 30 percent of aluminum oxide micro-powder, 10 to 15 percent of magnesite micro-powder, 5 to 10 percent of zirconium oxide and 5 to 10 percent of zirconium quartz; the materials are uniformly mixed in a material mixing machine and a binding agent is prepared into awater solution according to the mass ratio of water to the binding agent of 100 to 4; the iolite-mullite ceramic saggar is prepared through the steps of preparing slurry, preparing pug, molding, drying and sintering. According to the iolite-mullite ceramic saggar, the mullite is added into the aggregate due to the fact that the mullite has good high temperature resisting performance; after the materials are prepared into the pug through wet-process molding, the pug is extruded and molded; a molded blank has uniform density and a microscopic structure.

Abstract: The invention discloses a flexible production line with a function of magnetic tile forming, downward stacking, saggar loading and kiln feeding. The flexible production line with the function of magnetic tile forming, downward stacking, saggar loading and kiln feeding comprises an electric kiln, a kiln side connection lifting platform is arranged in the middle of a conveying line of the electric kiln, a double-layer conveying line is arranged above the conveying line of the electric kiln, the double-layer conveying line is located on one side of the kiln side connection lifting platform, a double-layer transition lifting platform is arranged at one end, away from the kiln side connection lifting platform, of the double-layer conveying line, and the other side of the double-layer transitionlifting platform is provided with a lifting robot. The invention further discloses a realization method of the flexible production line with the function of magnetic tile forming, downward stacking,saggar loading and kiln feeding. According to the flexible production line, sagger is used as a carrier of a product, the phenomenon that a product defect caused by falling of the product in the circulation process is caused by a flat-plate type load bearing board in the prior art can be completely avoided, and the product yield is improved; and after the sagger is used as the carrier, movable supporting columns are not use for supporting an upper layer and a lower layer of the existing feeding kiln any more, and the two layers can be directly stacked.

Abstract: The embodiment of the invention provides a preparation process of mullite for a lithium battery saggar. According to the process, firstly coal gangue with a relatively low content of iron, potassium and sodium is selected as a base, appropriate alumina is added according to the prepared mullite, a rare earth oxide and zirconia are additional added, ball milling, molding and drying are carried outand then high temperature firing is carried out, then crushing and grading are carried out to obtain the mullite for the lithium battery saggar, and a service life (times) of the lithium battery saggar prepared by the mullite is increased by 25%. The process adopts a unique two-stage firing manner, a formation rate of the mullite phase is increased by more than 5%, and the porosity is reduced by more than 10%. In the preparation process, the rare earth oxide can adopts a mixed rare earth containing yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide and cerium oxide, and also can adopts a separate rare earth oxideand rare earth waste, so that the cost is saved.

By implementing the preparation method, consumption of high-quality clay can be lowered substantially, unitenergy consumption of the porcelain tile is lowered, and production cost is lowered substantially.

Abstract: The invention discloses a saggar for a roller kiln for soft ferromagnet production and a preparation method of the saggar. The saggar is prepared from, by weight, 30-50 parts of sintered mullite, 10-20 parts of andalusite, 0.1-1 part of zirconium oxide fibers, 1-5 parts of kaolin, 15-25 parts of low-sodium aluminum oxide, 5-10 parts of activated aluminum oxide, 10-20 parts of aluminum-rich spinel,0.2-0.6 part of dextrin and 0.2-0.8 part of calcium lignosulfonate. The saggar is high in thermal shock resistance stability and high in refractoriness under load, the surface SiO2 content of the saggar can be reduced, and reaction between the saggar and soft ferromagnet is reduced; according to utilization in a soft ferromagnet calcining kiln, no adverse reaction is caused to products, deformation in a utilization process is avoided, and in a late utilization period, although small cracks probably occur, the saggar is high in integral strength and still can be used, and the service life is prolonged from 3 months to 5 months; in addition, the preparation method is simple, feasible and easy to implement.

Abstract: The invention relates to medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze prepared from pine wood ash and an application method thereof. The medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze takes the pine wood ash and field mud as main raw materials; the glaze is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20 to 50 percent of the pine wood ash and 50 to 80 percent of the field mud; secret-color ceramic is fired under a reducing atmosphere of 1150 to 1220 DEG C through adopting a double-layered saggar set firewood firing technology after a technology of preparing materials, carryingout ball milling, sieving and applying glaze. According to the medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze, a lot of the pine wood ash formed by firing a lot of pine wood which grows on mountains of southern China is used as the raw material, so that fluxing mineral resources including limestone, feldspar and the like are saved, and composition characteristics of ancient secret-color ceramic glaze are met; the design of a medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze formula has better energy-saving and environment-friendly performance. The prepared secret-color ceramic glaze has a stable appearance color and is moderate and bright green; an ancient excellent ceramic production technology is easy to develop and expand; the ceramic glaze also can be widely applied to decorations including daily ceramic, artwork display ceramic and the like.

According to the method, polycrystalline silicon or monocrystalline silicon cutting materials are used as raw materials and can be treated with a low cost. The preparation method includes the following steps of ball milling, spraying and granulating, drypressing and nitridation sintering. The silicon nitride and silicon carbide saggar has the advantages that corrosion resistance is realized, and the service life is long; the strength of the saggar ishigh, and during usage, the damage rate of automatic mechanical operation is low; polycrystalline silicon cutting reisudes are used, so that the product cost is low.
