Abstract: The utility model relates to a saggar crack detecting device, belongs to the technical field of the detection of ceramic containers. The saggar crack detecting device comprises a stander, a saggar lifting mechanism, a partition board, a group of light source mechanisms, an optical signal responding mechanism, a pair of saggar clamping mechanisms, a saggar position signal collector and a temporary saggar positioning mechanism, wherein the stander is matched with a pair of saggar conveying roll pivoting-supporting beams of an automatic production line of an electronic kiln; the saggar lifting mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the stander; the partition board is fixed at the upper part of the stander, and a dark box adapting hole is formed in the central position of the partition board; the light source mechanisms are fixed with one side, over against the saggar lifting mechanism, of the partition board; the optical signal responding mechanism is fixed with one side, back to the saggar lifting mechanism, of the partition board; the saggar clamping mechanisms are arranged on the saggar conveying roll pivoting-supporting beams; the saggar position signal collector is arranged on one saggar conveying roll pivoting-supporting beam; and the temporary saggar positioning mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the stander, a group of side face shielding boards are arranged at the upper part of the stander, a top shielding board is fixed at the top of the stander, and the optical signal responding mechanism is surrounded by the side face shielding boards, the top shielding board and the partition board. According to the saggar crack detecting device, defective saggars can be automatically detected, and the normal operation of the electronic kiln cannot be influenced by the fragmentation of the defective saggars.

Abstract: A buckle type square high-temperature saggar for high-temperature sintering, high-temperature chemical synthesis and other productions is characterized in that the square case-shaped saggar is composed of a horizontal base plate provided with convex edges at the periphery, a horizontal top plate, and four perpendicular lateral plates held and fixed by the horizontal base plate and the horizontal top plate. By using the structure of the saggar provided in the utility model, which is buckled by six plates, the components of the saggar can conduct thermal expansion, cold-induced contraction and free relative movement and maximally avoid stress concentration, so as to prevent saggar damage due to stress concentration, and improve the thermal shock resistance and prolong the service life of the saggar.

Abstract: The invention relates to a technology for producing non-sintered fireproof saggar by biogel mixed with coal slag and aluminum alum, which comprises the following steps: adding fireproof and high temperature-resistance aluminium alum powder, coal slag powder, wollastonite powder, alundum powder and clay powder in glue water which is made by blending euphorbia humifusa and Kiwi fruit in water, and then preparing the dual-viscous mix fire clay, placing in a mold for making the saggar, compacting and compressing, solidifying, and removing the mold to obtain the fireproof saggar. Due to the dual-viscous technology, the produced fireproof saggar has the advantages of sturdy and durable performance and environmental protection by anti-compression high temperature-resistance non-sintered coal.

Abstract: The invention provides a saggar for sintering of a high-nickel ternary material and a preparation method thereof. By a powder thermospraying method, the inner saggar side of the saggar that is contacted with a cathode material is sprayed with a layer of coating, so as to obtain the saggar for sintering of a high-nickel ternary material. The coating contains the following ingredients (by mass): 45-50% of LiAlO2, 45-50% of ZrO2, 0-10% of TiO2 and 0-10% of MgO, wherein particle size of LiAlO2 is 3-25 microns, particle size of ZrO2 is 5-35 microns, particle size of TiO2 is 3-25 microns, and particle size of MgO is 3-25 microns. The coating isolates the battery ternary cathode material and the saggar matrix, and excellent corrosion resistance of the coating prevents the saggar matrix from beingcorroded and then the frequency of the saggar for sintering the material is multiplied. By controlling types and particle size of the coating material, even if there is a little shedding during the later using process of the saggar, the shed impurities will not influence performance of the material when being mixed in the material. Thereby, use frequency of the saggar is increased, and service life of the saggar is furthermore prolonged and cost is reduced.
