Abstract: The invention discloses a high-thermal-shock-resistance saggar and a production method thereof. The high-thermal-shock-resistance saggar comprises a saggar body and is characterized in that the saggarbody comprises a saggar bottom and a saggar side which are integrally connected, the saggar bottom is of a sandwich structure, a saggar body inner layer is a mixed layer formed by mixing silicon carbide and kaolin, a saggar body outer layer wrapping the saggar body inner layer is integrated with the saggar side, and the saggar body outer layer and the saggar side are mixed layers formed by mixingfused mullite, fused alumina, alpha-aluminum oxide and kaolin. Compared with the prior art, the high-thermal-shock-resistance saggar and the production method thereof have the advantages that the matching problem of the linear expansion coefficients of two different materials is researched based on the fact that the application environment requirements and the main damage causes of the saggar aresufficiently mastered so as to improve and optimize the formula and the production process, and accordingly the thermal shock resistance of the saggar is increased.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of refractory kiln furniture, in particular to cordierite-spinel saggar as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The cordierite-spinel saggar is mainly prepared from raw materials in parts by mass as follows: 6-12 parts of kaolin, 6-10 parts of talc, 3-8 parts of alpha-alumina, 20-30 parts of spinel with the particle size not larger than 46.9 mu m and 40-60 parts of spinel with the particle size not larger than 1 mm. The saggar has the advantages of high corrosion resistance, good heat stability, long service life and low use cost, raw materials are widely sourced and low in cost, and thus, the production cost of the saggar is lower.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a metal saggar for powder production such as metal or ceramic used as a material for electronic industrial products; and a method for effectively enabling a mass production of the high-quality powder as a material for multi-lamination ceramic capacitor (hereinafter MLCC), electromagnetic wave shield, secondary battery, fuel cell, or the like.SOLUTION: A saggar used for oxidation and/or reduction reaction while heating a precursor of metal powder or metal compound powder includes: a bottom face; a side wall standing from the bottom face. The upper portion of the saggar is opened. The saggar includes: a box-like body at an upper portion thereof having at least more than two cutouts; a base standing at at least three locations inside of an upper portions of the side wall of the box-like body; and a stopper with an edge portion projected upward from the base at three or more locations in outside of the side wall standing at the base. The box-like body is made of metal material having a melting point of 700°C or more, and 150°C or more higher than the maximum heat temperature, while a ratio of the height between the cutout and the side wall is 2.5:97.5 to 45:55.

Abstract: Provided is a bone china bisque firing suit saggar. The bone china bisque firing suit saggar comprises a saggar base and a suit barrel body. The saggar base is open-ended and a conical barrel shaped body with a trapezoid-shaped cross section. The suit barrel body is connected on the top of the saggar base. The wall thickness of the suit barrel body increases gradually from top to bottom. The wall thickness of the upper end is 7cm smaller than 11cm which is the wall thickness of the lower end. The bone china bisque firing suit saggar is provided with a single saggar and has the advantages of being capable of bisque firing multiple products, higher in yield, lower in energy consumption, lower in equipment investment and the like.
