Abstract: The invention relates to medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze prepared from pine wood ash and an application method thereof. The medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze takes the pine wood ash and field mud as main raw materials; the glaze is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20 to 50 percent of the pine wood ash and 50 to 80 percent of the field mud; secret-color ceramic is fired under a reducing atmosphere of 1150 to 1220 DEG C through adopting a double-layered saggar set firewood firing technology after a technology of preparing materials, carryingout ball milling, sieving and applying glaze. According to the medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze, a lot of the pine wood ash formed by firing a lot of pine wood which grows on mountains of southern China is used as the raw material, so that fluxing mineral resources including limestone, feldspar and the like are saved, and composition characteristics of ancient secret-color ceramic glaze are met; the design of a medium-temperature secret-color ceramic glaze formula has better energy-saving and environment-friendly performance. The prepared secret-color ceramic glaze has a stable appearance color and is moderate and bright green; an ancient excellent ceramic production technology is easy to develop and expand; the ceramic glaze also can be widely applied to decorations including daily ceramic, artwork display ceramic and the like.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of refractory materials and particularly provides a composite saggar as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The composite saggar comprises a bottom material and a surface material. The bottom material is mainly prepared from kaolin, sillimanite with specific particle size, aluminum oxide with specific particle size, corundum with specific particle size, andalusite with specific particle size and mullite with specific particle size. The raw materials of the base material have rich source and low cost, so that the cost of the bottom material is lower. The surface material is mainly prepared from a corundum surface material, a spinel surface material, a zirconium oxide surface material, a zirconium silicate-zirconium oxide surface material or a corundum-spinel surface material. All the raw materials of the surface material cooperate with one another, so that the surface material has good corrosion resistance. The composite saggar haslower cost, good corrosion resistance and the advantage of long service life.

Abstract: The invention relates to a silicon nitride and silicon carbide saggar and a preparation method, and belongs to the field of fireproof materials. According to the method, polycrystalline silicon or monocrystalline silicon cutting materials are used as raw materials and can be treated with a low cost. The preparation method includes the following steps of ball milling, spraying and granulating, drypressing and nitridation sintering. The silicon nitride and silicon carbide saggar has the advantages that corrosion resistance is realized, and the service life is long; the strength of the saggar ishigh, and during usage, the damage rate of automatic mechanical operation is low; polycrystalline silicon cutting reisudes are used, so that the product cost is low.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a base plate structure for a high-temperature push plate kiln. A saggar which is placed with a product blank and used for calcination is arranged inside the high-temperature push plate kiln. The saggar is placed on a push plate. The push plate is placed on a base plate, and the push plate is stressed to move relative to the base plate and drive the saggar to enter or exit a kiln chamber of the kiln. The base plate structure for the high-temperature push plate kiln is characterized in that more than two forked tail wedged opening grooves are formed in the surface of the base plate along the moving direction of the push plate, multiple porcelain balls with centralized positioning and free rotating are distributed in each forked tail wedged opening groove in an embedded mode, the push plate is in contact with the porcelain balls, and the porcelain balls are moved due to rolling friction. According to the base plate structure, a forked tail wedged opening mode is adopted on the embedded connection of the base plate and porcelain scoops, and the porcelain balls are contained in the porcelain scoops which are folded, so that the porcelain scoops and the porcelain balls can be effectively prevented from falling off during the operation; by changing the friction mode of the push plate and the base plate into a rolling friction mode, pushing force of the push plate is substantially lowered, the service life of the base plate is greatly prolonged, and meanwhile, the accident rate of the push plate kiln is effectively reduced.

The old saggar retreatment method comprises the steps that firstly, saggar grinding equipment is used for grinding the inner bottom face of anold saggar; and secondly, the inner bottom face of the ground old saggar is coated with a nickel cobalt lithium manganate solution or a lithium cobalt oxide solution. According to the provided old saggar retreatment method, the service life of the saggar is prolonged, and accordingly, the manufacturing cost of lithium battery positive electrode materials is reduced.
