Abstract: The invention relates to a crushing machine for an electronic powder material, belonging to the technical field of supporting facilities of an electronic kiln. The crushing machine for the electronic powder material comprises a machine frame, wherein the machine frame follows a saggar conveying mechanism of an automatic production flow line of an electronic kiln; a crushing action cylinder horizontal displacement mechanism is arranged on the top of the machine frame; a crushing action cylinder is connected with the crushing action cylinder horizontal displacement mechanism; a saggar mouth edge part enclosing pallet is fixed on the machine frame; a crushing blade scraping plate is fixed at the bottom of the saggar mouth edge part enclosing pallet; a crushing mechanism is connected with a crushing action cylinder column and corresponds to the crushing blade scraping plate; a dust leading-out mechanism is connected with the saggar mouth edge part enclosing pallet; a pair of saggar clamping action cylinders are arranged on the saggar conveying mechanism in a face-to-face state and correspond to the positions below the two corresponding sides of the crushing blade scraping plate. Abstract: The invention discloses a technique for firing a spinel-type black ceramic material with a tunnel kiln, which comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing 25-40 wt% of chrome oxide green, 30-45 wt% of iron oxide red, 2-25 wt% of cobalt oxide, 10-20 wt% of nickel protoxide and 0-20 wt% of dopant; 2) filling the mixture obtained in the step 1) into a saggar by 70-80% full, calcining in a tunnel kiln, and naturally cooling the calcining product, wherein the technological conditions for calcination are as follows: the temperature of the preheating region is 1170-1250 DEG C, the temperature of the high-temperature region is 1200-1300 DEG C, and the transmission speed is 12-20 hours from charging to discharging; 3) pulverizing and grinding the cooled calcining product; and 4) adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to wash the calcining substance powder obtained in the step 3), stirring to sufficiently react, stirring, washing with water until the pH value is 7, drying and screening The ceramic pigment has the advantages of high color development capacity and low cost

Abstract: The invention discloses a mixing-briquetting integrated device for a battery anode material. The mixing-briquetting integrated device comprises a base, wherein a working stable surface is arranged at the top of the base; a first support frame, a second support frame and a saggar are arranged on the working stable surface; a stirring-mixing chamber is arranged at the top of the first support frame; and a stirring-mixing device comprises a stirring-mixing chamber and a discharging hopper. The mixing-briquetting integrated device is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to use; and in a working process, the battery anode material is input in the stirring-mixing device and is stirred and mixed by the stirring-mixing device, after the material is stirred and mixed, an electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the discharging hopper is opened to input the material to the saggar, after the saggar is filled with the material, the saggar is moved to the bottom of the second support frame, a hydraulic pressure generator is started to drive a compaction device to fall to the top of the saggar so as to compact the material in the saggar, and the saggar is taken out after the compaction and is subjected to a next procedure.

The saggar for sintering of electroceramic materials is prepared from alumina powder, white kaolin powder, yellow kaolin powder, talcum powder, green coke powder, clay powder, white corundum, quartz, iolite and a plasticizer, has good thermal shock effect, and is low-cost. According to the saggar, product uniformity and stability can be maintained in batch production.
