TL;DR: In this article, a ternary-material lithium battery saggar is prepared by subjecting the main raw material and the main auxiliary material to granule smashing and graduation in order by a sand powder preparing device, mixing and fully stirring by a mixing and pulping device into which the wax mixing agent is added in advance so as to complete preparation of pulp used for a product blank.
Abstract: The invention relates to a preparing method of a ternary-material lithium battery saggar. Synthetic mullite is adopted as a main raw material, and the mass of the synthetic mullite accounts for 70% of the total mass. Synthetic cordierite is adopted as a main auxiliary material, a wax mixing agent is added, and the mass of the synthetic cordierite and the wax mixing agent accounts for 30% of the total mass. The ternary-material lithium battery saggar is prepared by subjecting the main raw material and the main auxiliary material to granule smashing and graduation in order by a sand powder preparing device, mixing and fully stirring by a mixing and pulping device into which the wax mixing agent is added in advance so as to complete preparation of pulp used for a product blank, further stirring by a molding device, vacuumizing, removing bubbles, cooling, molding, discharging components of the wax mixing agent in the product blank by a wax discharging device, firing the product blank by a firing device, subjecting the product blank to external and internal surface treatment by a surface treatment device, and drying. The technical scheme of the method can effectively reduce the saggar cost, improve product quality and prolong service lifetime of the product.

TL;DR: In this article, a lithium battery material roasting saggar is presented, which can effectively solve the problems that the structure of a saggar in the prior art suffers great stress and crackles are easily generated.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a lithium battery material roasting saggar which can effectively solve the problems that the structure of a saggar in the prior art suffers great stress and crackles are easily generated. The lithium battery material roasting saggar comprises a bottom surface and lateral walls. A recessed cavity for roasting is enclosed by the lateral walls and the bottom surface. Arc transitions exit among the lateral walls and between the lateral walls and the bottom surface. The lithium battery material roasting saggar has the advantages that the saggar is easily formed, the structural stress and the forming stress of the saggar are reduced, crackles are not easy to be generated, the service life of the saggar is prolonged, the production cost is reduced, and the product quality is remarkably improved.
