TL;DR: In this paper, an electrically heated roller kiln firing system for foaming ceramic firing and a using method is described, in which each of the preheated heating section and the firing section is formed by connecting a plurality of kiln bodies; each kiln body is provided with a hollow cavity; and a saggar for containing foaming materials, an electric heating device for heating and at least one conveying device for conveying the saggar to move are arranged in each cavity.
Abstract: The invention relates to an electrically heated roller kiln firing system for foaming ceramic firing and a using method. The electrically heated roller kiln firing system for foaming ceramic firing comprises a preheated heating section and a firing section which are connected successively, wherein each of the preheated heating section and the firing section is formed by connecting a plurality of kiln bodies; each kiln body is provided with a hollow cavity; and a saggar for containing foaming ceramic raw materials, an electric heating device for heating and at least one conveying device for conveying the saggar to move are arranged in each cavity. On one hand, a kiln car as well as accessorial refractory matters and kiln furniture thereof are omitted, energy consumption is reduced, a largenumber of pipes required for use of gas are omitted, the kiln bodies are compact in structure, materials are saved, heating wires are used for heating, any waste gas and pollutants are not generated, energy consumption and pollution are reduced, and the thermal utilization rate of a kiln is greatly increased; and on the other hand, heating elements are used for radiation heating, the foaming ceramic raw materials are heated and formed uniformly, the quality of products is reliable, and the heating elements are convenient to change and maintain.
