Abstract: The subject of the invention is a screed for plastering for the frames of windows, doors and gates, an L-shaped angle strip 1 being provided, the shorter leg 3 of which bears on the wooden frame 7 when in use and the longer leg of which can be fastened on the masonry structure 11. At the end of the shorter leg 3, a groove 4 for receiving a seal 6 or 5 is provided and, for receiving the adhesive material 10 applied between the masonry structure 11 and the longer leg 8, holes 9 are present in said leg 8. During machining, a filling line 6 is introduced into the groove 4 and, after completion, a rubber seal 5 provided with two tabs is introduced, one of these tabs bearing on the frame 7 and the other on the surface of the plastering mortar 2.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a control device for a drawing cylinder of a screed plate on a paver, and the paver. The control device comprises a strain transducer (1), a controller (2) and a drawing cylinder pressure control valve (3) positioned on an oil line between a drawing cylinder (6) and a working oil source (8); the strain transducer (1) is connected with the input end of the controller (2) and transmits the deformation quantity of the end part of the screed plate (7) detected in a real-time manner to the controller (2); the output end of the controller (2) is connected with a control end of the drawing cylinder pressure control valve (3); and the paver comprises a paver body, the screed plate (7) and a screed plate drawing mechanism; and the screed plate drawing mechanism comprises the drawing cylinder (6) positioned at the end part of the screed plate (7) and the control device for the drawing cylinder for the screed plate on the paver. The utility model can improve the longitudinal paving flatness and the paving quality, and has the advantages of good pressure regulation real-time performance and simple structure.

Abstract: A burner assembly for heating a screed plate of a screed assembly connected to a frame of a paving machine. The screed assembly includes a heating chamber adjacent to the screed plate. The burner assembly includes a blower that moves air into the heating chamber, and a fuel injection system including a fuel valve. The fuel injection system introduces fuel to the heating chamber. The burner assembly further includes an igniter that ignites the fuel to produce a flame, a thermocouple positioned within an expected flame path, and a controller. The thermocouple generates a thermocouple voltage having a relationship to a temperature surrounding a junction of the thermocouple, and the controller operates the fuel valve based in part on the thermocouple voltage.

Abstract: Screed is the main working component device in a paver, it plays a very important role in the quality of construction regardless its performance is good or not. This study analyzes the paver screed’s dynamic characteristics and calculates its natural frequency and natural mode of vibration based on finite element technology. Modification method proved to have optimized the screed structure. The results show that the more the screed’s structural strength is increased the more the natural frequency of bending and torsional deformation is enhanced. The mode frequency is greater than the working frequency (50Hz), which means that the screed structure can avoid resonance effectively and improve the quality of road paving
