TL;DR: In this paper, a double-acting actuation cylinder with consumer connections has been shown to be controllable based on the traveling speed of a road finisher, and a proportional valve regulates the relief pressure.
Abstract: The arrangement (1) has consumer connections (7, 8) for pressurizing a piston (2a) of a double-acting actuation cylinder (2) with load pressure or relief pressure. A pressure regulating valve (15) i.e. proportional valve, regulates the relief pressure, which is applied to the actuation cylinder. The load- or relief pressure is controllable based on a traveling speed of a road finisher. Hydraulic oil is pushing out from a piston side of the actuation cylinder and is supplied to a tank connection (6) through directional valves (11, 13).

TL;DR: In this paper, a rotating cylinder cement screeding system with a drive assembly and handle at one end for powering and controlling the system is defined by one or more tubular screed roller sections of varying lengths, allowing a user to customize the length of the system to match a specific cement pour.
Abstract: A rotating cylinder cement screeding system having a drive assembly and handle at one end for powering and controlling the screeding system. The rotating cylinder may be defined by one or more tubular screed roller sections of varying lengths, thereby allowing a user to customize the length of the system to match a specific cement pour. Further, each tubular screed roller section may be supplied with a male and female end for interlocking with each other and for receiving a variety of add-on attachments. At least one riser assembly may be interconnected to a drive assembly end and/or a non-driven end of the rotating cylinder cement screeding system. The riser assembly may elevate the rotating cylinder a distance above a finished slab to prevent the rotating cylinder from contacting the finished slab during a screeding operation.

TL;DR: In this article, a precast fence plate dam reinforcing method is proposed, which consists of paving a layer of stone blocks on a dam surface to be constructed, manuacturing a screed strip underlayer on the stone blocks, conveying the precast fences to a to-be-reinforced dam, manually regulating the position so that the fence plate is placed on the underlayer, and performing edge beam form erecting after placement is finished; binding edge beam steel bars, pouring concretes, vibrating, trowelling, conserving until the dam
Abstract: The invention relates to a precast fence plate dam reinforcing method. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly precasting a fence plate, and conserving the precast fence plate until 75% of the design strength standard value is achieved; paving a layer stone blocks on a dam surface to be constructed, manuacturing a screed strip underlayer on the stone blocks, conveying the precast fence plate to a to-be-reinforced dam, manually regulating the position so that the fence plate is placed on the screed strip underlayer, and performing edge beam form erecting after placement is finished; then binding edge beam steel bars, pouring concretes, vibrating, trowelling, conserving until the dam is qualified, and then dismounting a template, thus finishing dam reinforcing construction. The fence plate dam reinforcing construction method is high in efficiency, low in cost, easy for formation of multiple parallel working surfaces and less in influence of tide water on construction; and furthermore, fence plates are connected by virtue of the steel bars and are poured by the concretes, a molded dam reinforcing structure has two advantages of reliable protective property and good wave eliminating effect, and is less in wave overtopping amount and long in service life.

TL;DR: In this paper, a tow point assembly for attaching a screed to a traction unit of a paver is described, including a tow arm having a forward end and a rearward end adapted to be secured to the screed.
Abstract: A tow point assembly for attaching a screed to a traction unit of a paver, the tow point assembly including a tow arm having a forward end and a rearward end adapted to be secured to the screed, a tow point support adapted to be secured to the traction unit, and a tow point lift mechanism. The tow point lift mechanism has a first end adapted to be secured to one of the traction unit and the tow point support, and a second end connected to the forward end of the tow arm. The forward end of the tow arm defines a pull point axis where the traction unit pulls the screed and a pivot axis where the tow arm pivots relative to the traction unit. The pull point axis and the pivot axis are coaxial.

TL;DR: In this article, a combustor spray nozzle for a heating system of a screed of a paver, which comprises an air inlet pipe (1), a fire-spouting horizontal pipe (2), and a corrugated plate (3), is shown.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a combustor spray nozzle for a heating system of a screed of a paver, which comprises an air inlet pipe (1), a fire-spouting horizontal pipe (2) and a corrugated plate (3), wherein the gas inlet pipe (1) is arranged at the middle part of the fire-spouting horizontal pipe (2) and is communicated with the fire-spouting horizontal pipe (2), the fire-spouting horizontal pipe (2) is provided with a corrugated plate clamping part (2a), a gap is retained between the two clamping side plates of the corrugated plate clamping part (2a), and the corrugated plate (3) is fixed between the two clamping side plates The combustor spray nozzle for the heating system of the screed of the paver has the advantages that the structure is simple, the heating uniformity is improved, the combustion efficiency is improved, the fire is not easy to put out, the reliability is good, and the like
