Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Cost is reduced by a general-purpose means while the diverse asphalt pavement of a single layer and a plurality of layers is conducted by minimum devices and hands by constituting an asphalt laying-leveling device for simultaneously paving a plurality of the layers by basing the pavement of the single layer by using the laying-leveling base device for laying and leveling the asphalt single layer while detachably installing an accessory laying-leveling device to the laying-leveling base device when the simultaneous pavement of a plurality of the layers is required SOLUTION: The asphalt laying-leveling device 1 is constituted by detachably mounting an accessory hopper device 20 and an accessory screed device 40 to the laying-leveling base device 10 configured by containing a base hopper device 12 and a base screed 15 Thus, the simultaneous pavement of a plurality of the layers is enabled The single layer can also be laid and leveled when only the laying-leveling base device 10 is used, and diverse asphalt pavement is enabled

Abstract: The invention discloses a residue films conveying device of a field-clearing machine, which comprises a front support saddle, a back support saddle and a working groove arranged sideling and hinged on the front and back support saddle. The underside of the working groove consists of circular screens. A screed bracket is arranged above the working groove and is parallel to the working groove, the front and the back parts of which are respectively hinged with suspenders, the upper ends of which are respectively hinged on a machine frame. The top surface of the lower end of the screed bracket is provided with an upper connection base connected with a power input rod. The underside of the screed bracket is hinged with the screeds at intervals from front to back. The plane of the screed is vertical to that of the screed bracket. The included angle between the screed and the screed bracket is a right angle or an acute angle. The lower part of the screed is located in the working groove. The width of the screed matches with that of the working groove. The invention not only can effectively separate the residue films and residues without returning the residue films and residues with high work efficiency and simple structure, but also breaks the soil.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost of an alerting pavement and shortening a construction period thereof, as compared with the case of conventional techniques.SOLUTION: A lateral groove 20 is formed simultaneously with laying and leveling. An asphalt mixture is laid on by an expansion screed 8. Meanwhile, a rotating drum 11 is driven in a direction of travel while rotating according to travel of an asphalt finisher. A part of a self-weight of the asphalt finisher and the self-weight of the rotating drum 11 act on the rotating drum 11. As a result, a protrusion 15 is pressed to a surface of a laid and leveled asphalt pavement. Moreover, when the rotating drum rotates and the protrusion 15 is detached from the surface of the asphalt pavement, the lateral groove 20 corresponding to the shape of the protrusion 15 is formed. Laying and leveling, rotation of the rotating drum, pressing of the protrusion, and detachment of the protrusion are continuously repeated to form a large number of lateral grooves 20 continuously in the travel direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a maximum paving width twice or more the width of a main screed by a simple operation in a screed device of a paving machine. CONSTITUTION:At least two telescopic screeds 16, 16-which are extendible and retractable in left and right directions with respect to a main screed 12 and wherein the width of each of the screeds is made 1/2 or less times as large as the width of the main screed 12 are provided in each direction. The screeds 16, 16' are extended or retracted by operating a hydraulic cylinders 18, 18' at least in two stages so that a screed width thereof can be made twice or more as large as the width of the screed 12 in a maximumly extended state. Even if the maximum screed width is larger than twice as large as the width of the screed 12, the screeds 16, 16' in retracted state can be put within the width of the screed 12, and hence a large-sized railor is not needed in transportation so that transportation cost can be reduced.
