Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screed device of construction machinery for pavement, which enables a means for moving an expansion screed in a width direction and a height one to be compactly installed with proper space efficiency on a main screed. SOLUTION: The one-side expansion screed 22 and the other-side expansion screed 23 are provided on the central main screed 21 in such a manner as to be movable in a widening direction with respect to the one-side and other-side ends of the main screed 21, respectively. The supporting mechanisms 24 and 25, which support the expansion screeds 22 and 23 in such a manner as to be movable in a width direction, respectively, are provided between the one-side and other-side portions of the main screed 21 and the expansion screeds 22 and 23, respectively. In the supporting mechanisms 24 and 25, width-direction guide shafts 28 for guiding the movement of the expansion screeds 22 and 23 in a width direction are fitted in such a manner as to be movable in the width direction, into guide frame bodies 26 which are integrally provided on the one-side and other-side portions of the main screed 21, respectively; and step adjusting portions 29 for supporting the expansion screeds 22 and 23 in such a manner that height-direction movement is adjustable are installed in such a manner as to be movable in the width direction, in recesses 27 which are formed on the one-side and other-side portions of the main screed 21, respectively. Abstract: Additive for producing fluid anhydrite screed for use in the construction of dwellings, corporate and industrial buildings. The aim is to achieve the demanded quality of the screed and to eliminate reworking. The object of developing an additive which is available independently of the production of sand in the gravel pits and of the presence of special cleaning plant is achieved, according to the invention, by dressed limestone which has been brought to a grain size from 0 to 5 mm by crushing and classification, the individual fractions being present in proportions proposed according to the invention. The admixture to the fluid anhydrite binder is taken up to a ratio of 2 to 1, the demanded building material parameters being achieved. Extremely short mixing times are possible in mixing.

Abstract: Nowadays, there is a tendency to use as much of waste products as possible to produce building materials. Every waste product used eliminates the inconvenience associated with the waste disposal process. Consequently, the waste recovery process becomes not only ecological but also economical. Many waste materials, which have not been sufficiently used so far, could very well substitute materials that would otherwise have to be elaborately prepared.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional hot air screed plate heating device wherein if a blower for blowing hot air into a duct fails, flame is reversely blown from a burner, or when the ignition of the burner is failed, unburned LP gas remains in the duct and a risk of explosion of the gas is generated if the gas is flash ignited. SOLUTION: An electric energy is converted into a heat energy by a heater 51L, and the air in a heating part 39L is heated to generate hot air. The hot air generated by the heater 51L is fed, as hot air, to a forward passage A in the duct on a screen plate 31L by a fan 38L, flows while heating, by heat transfer, the half of the upper surface of the screed plate 31L, and flows into a return passage B in the duct after returning at the end of a partition plate 34L. The hot air flowing into the return passage B is reheated by a reheating heater 52L, flows while heating the remaining half of the upper surface of the screed plate 31L, and is sucked to the fan 38L.
