Abstract: The floating screed floor, which can be assembled from prefabricated screed-floor slabs (10), has a screed layer (24) of non-uniform thickness which is produced by projections (17) and depressions (22) on the upper side of a textured insulating slab (15) onto which the screed layer (24) is applied. As a result of the varying thickness of the screed layer (24) and the distribution of the thickness regions of this layer, the edges of the screed floor are prevented from bending during setting and drying-out of the screed layer (24).

Abstract: The utility model belongs to the pavement construction machine, which relates to a heating cleaner of a screed of a paver. The device comprises a pump set valve block driven by a motor. The oil inlet of the pump set valve block is communicated with a diesel fuel tank through an oil pipe. The oil pipe which is led out from the oil outlet of the pump set valve block has two branches, one branch is connected to a plurality of diesel burners, and the other branch is connected to a spray pistol. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high use reliability.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a construction machine with a paving screed to install a road surface, whereby the construction machine is a self-propelled road paver and comprises at least one power line for power supply of at least one electric consumer of the paving screed and whereby the construction machine contains a network for data transmission between at least one sender integrated in the network and at least one receiver integrated in the network. Furthermore, according to the disclosure, at least one section of the power line is integrated in the network and configured for data transmission between the sender and the receiver.

Abstract: A member, screed and method for realigning material and compacting. A material realigning member is provided including structure for moving at least a first portion of a depth of a quantity of material laterally from an initial position thereof and then at least a second portion of the depth of the quantity of material back towards the initial position. In this fashion, aggregate particles may be moved in three horizontal directions, e.g., a direction of travel by a roller waveform, and both lateral directions by the invention, to realign material and allow for improved compaction.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a quick and low-stress setting chemical formulation for construction, containing at least one binding agent on the basis of calcium sulfate, at least an ettringite-forming agent, at least one activator, at least one filler, at least one redispersable dispersion powder and optionally additives and to the use of the chemical formulation for construction for producing thin-layered balancing masses, self running and solid fillers, screed binding agents or screed mortars, tile adhesive mortars, jointing mortars and sealing sludges.
