TL;DR: In this paper, a machine for resurface existing roads is described, which includes a first group of sprayers configured to form a first layer of binding material, and a fiber material distribution component positioned adjacent the first group.
Abstract: A machine for resurface existing roads is disclosed. The machine may include a first group of sprayers configured to form a first layer of binding material, and a fiber material distribution component positioned adjacent the first group of sprayers. The fiber material distribution component may be configured to distribute fiber material onto the first layer of the binding material. The machine may also include a second group of sprayers positioned adjacent the fiber material distribution component. The second group of sprayers may be configured to form a second layer of the binding material over the distributed fiber material. Additionally, the machine may include a channel positioned adjacent the second group of sprayers. The channel may be configured to supply an asphalt mixture over the second layer of the binding material. Further, the machine may include a screed positioned adjacent the conduit, where the screed may be positioned to contact the asphalt mixture.

TL;DR: In this article, a paver employing hybrid heat exchange for heating a screed assembly towed by a tractor is described, and the paver is equipped with two heat exchangers and a pump installed in the return line to circulate the heat exchange medium in the direction of the first heat exchanger.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a paver employing hybrid heat exchange for heating a screed assembly towed by a tractor. The present disclosure discloses a paver employing hybrid heat exchange, the paver having a screed assembly for paving asphalt on the road, characterized by comprising: a first heat exchanger for transmitting heat discharged from an exhaust gas after treatment system of a diesel engine mounted in a tractor to a heat exchange medium; a first feed line connected to the first heat exchanger to supply the heat exchange medium; a heating apparatus connected to the first feed line to heat the heat exchange medium passing through the first heat exchanger to reach a predetermined temperature; a second feed line in communication with the first feed line to supply the heat exchange medium passing through the heating apparatus; a second heat exchanger installed in one side of a screed plate equipped in the screed assembly and transmitting heat of the heat exchange medium, which is supplied through the second feed line, to the screed plate; a return line connected to the second heat exchanger to return the heat exchange medium to the first heat exchanger; and a pump installed in the return line to circulate the heat exchange medium in the direction of the first heat exchanger.

TL;DR: In this article, a method of dedusting a pulverulent building material composition, preferably a factory dry mortar and in particular tile adhesives, joint fillers, knifing fillers and sealing slurries, was proposed.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of dedusting a pulverulent building material composition, preferably a factory dry mortar and in particular tile adhesives, joint fillers, knifing fillers, sealing slurries, repair mortars, leveling mortars, reinforcing adhesives, adhesives for thermal insulation composite systems (TICS), mineral plaster or render, fine knifing compositions and screed systems, wherein at least one dedusting agent which is liquid at 20°C is brought into contact at a temperature of > 40°C with the pulverulent building material mix. This is preferably effected by spraying.

TL;DR: In this article, a vertically arranged bearing bolt is mounted rotatably in a frame and a pivotal arm is attached to the free end of the bearing bolt, which bears a scratching element at its free end.
Abstract: A vertically arranged bearing bolt (16) is mounted rotatably in a frame (11). Attached to the free end of the bearing bolt (16) is a pivotal arm (19; 32), which bears a scratching element (21; 34) at its free end. The scratching element (21; 34) is loaded by means of a weight (23), so that it penetrates by a certain amount into the surface of the screed when the bearing bolt (16) rotates over a predetermined distance on a path in the form of an arc of a circle. The depth of penetration of the scratching element (21; 34) is measured by means of a measuring instrument (26) attached to the frame (11) and represents a measure of the firmness of the respective screed.
